اريد توصيل الغاز قدمت اون لاين بلموقع واخذت موعد والى الان لم ياتى احد ولا تواصل معى احد بإتصال احد برساله للحضور ام لا

Request of gas conversion response time is not satisfactory. After raising a request no one contacted me for two days now.

I apply 4 days before water connection until not come . I go Sewa center only said today today Until not come 003.02.24

خدمه سيئه جدا

منً الشركه عدم الالتزام بالمواعيد التنفيذ ، و يفقدون التواصل ، يعني مطلوب من العميل ، الاشتراك و دفع الرسوم ، و بعدها هو الي يتحايل مع الموظفين علاشان يقومو بعمليه التوصيل و المتابعه ، خدمه العملاء. أسوء خدمه في الكون . طبعا بعد أنا كرهت الشارقه بسبب الخدمه السيئه . قمت بإلغاء العقد في يوم ٢٥ نوفمبر. لحد اليوم هذا لم يقومو بارجع مبلغ التامين مع العلم قمت بزياره المركز ٣ مرات و اكتر من ١٢ مكلمه تليفونيه بيهم ، وكل مره فشل و عدم المساعده.

Had submitted the form online till now not disconnected went to office 3 times all are giving different responses the most horrible service of government in UAE
