This is the worst pay later app used. They charge FEES FOR EVERYTHING!!! And NO THEY ARE NOT LATE FEES… I’ve used afterpay, Klarna, and Zip and neither of those apps charge multiple fees like this app does. Please use another app than this one. I do not recommend!

I’ve used this app for few years now and have been overall happy with it however the latest update sucks it only allows you to have one purchase request at a time vs 2 and also now when you use the virtual
Card it temporarily charges you the full amount of the request vs the actual amount of the purchase and then a week later they refund you. Not happy with new update

It lets you use the app but after time it says you have to buy Sezzle anytime or you can use it anymore save yourself the time and go to any other one of these apps they all work better

If I could give this 0 stars I would. I’ve been a loyal Sezzle user with a perfect payment history, but I’ve hit a wall. The app consistently shows me a 'spending limit' that invites me to make purchases, but every single time I try to use it, I get an automated denial with no clear explanation. It’s misleading to show a user they have 'spending power' in the app while silently blocking every transaction behind an automated 'black box' system. I’ve reached out to support, and they essentially told me they have no way to manually review or fix the issue. If you are a long-term user, be aware that you can be cut off for no reason despite doing everything right. Very disappointed in the lack of transparency and the deceptive user interface.

Klarna, ZipPay, or Four is better. DON’T use Sezzle. The app doesn’t provide help for those who fall behind. Was work slow??You got sick?? Or something?? You will get $7 last fees on each and every order. Every fee will double or triple. Take this as a big warning and take your business elsewhere.

Few things, the payout options are terrible. It’s either add money to Sezzle account but there’s a fee. Can’t use debit card which is dumb cause that’s a no brainer. Bank account payments take forever to withdraw. Not to mention other apps (Afterpay,Zip, Affirm) once payment has been received NEW spending limit is automatically adjusted. With sizzle I basically have to wait a week just got $25 more. I don’t see how I’ve paid on time and do multiple orders and yet my limit stays roughly the same or it decreases tremendously!!!! I tested this theory on purpose! Sezzle is the ONLY company who will bring your spending limit down for no apparent reason, regardless if you pay on time or early!!!!

Absolute garbage. Not helpful and cost me money. Go with affirm or Klarna or someone that isn’t going to mislead you. Sezzle sucks. They responded to my previous bad review telling me to contact their customer service. That was a pointless and nonsensical endeavor. It made me hate Sezzle. Again. Don’t use Sezzle!
