Non functional
The new app keeps asking for OTP after put in phone no but did not get any OTP. Tried so many times. Such a time wasting app. The previous app where we need to log in with email was more efficient.

Really bad user experience
The bare minimum, In app Ordering should be super easy to make ppl want to repeat order. Please keep up with apps from other coffee chains. User experience is way below par.
No access since recent update
Cannot access app since update. Tried to sign in but Request for OTP yield no OTP. I still have $$ balance in my account. Can SF please resolve the issue?

Failure to Bind Existing Account After 1st Nov Update
Hi, I get persistent error during account binding (with gmail acc) stating that my retyped password do not match. No matter how many times i retyped and obviously it should match, the binding process wouldnt complete due to this error. I need to bind my account, my money and rewards is in the old account. Please fix this asap.
