Biometrics no longer work with the new "touch ID prompt" most phones no longer have touch ID, there should be a way to reenable face ID. The prompt "enable touch ID" with a yes, no, or never again, will ALWAYS be there no matter how many times you select never ask again. Terrible app.

As an employee I DEPEND on this for my work schedule however it’s sub par. The interface is lackluster, I hate there isn’t a dark mode, you have no options to see who is also working/scheduled on any day but yourself so you can’t find coverage if you need to switch shifts, and the one thing that gets me the most frustrated is I CONSTANTLY have a notification mark from the app when there isn’t any new notifications.  No matter what I do I cannot get rid of it or reset it; even by deleting and reinstalling the app. There are so many other better options out there for retailers to use, frustrated I’m stuck with using this garbage app. Even the app support leads you to nothing; guess that tells you all you need to know huh?

### **--- "Why can’t I see my schedule?"
Recently transferred to a new location and I can’t see my schedules anymore?? Even though it has me checked off in the system, and notifies me when I post new schedules, I still do not have access to my schedule online. I was told to delete the app and download it again to do the sign in process all over again, and still nothing.
