Whichever manager who wanted these terrible features should be fired for ruining so many sales. Rather shop else where than deal with this app and still lose points. -- JV042, 2026-07-26 ### *---- "Never works" Everytime I try to create an account it asks to create a pin which I do then I re-enter it and it says it doesn’t match. -- PAUL ZEDRICH, 2026-04-28 ### *---- "SCAM ALERT!!!" Do NOT Download This App! It is 2026 and this app only asks for your personal information to steal your credit card info and other personal information from your phone! Why do you think they ask so many questions? Why do you think you have to contact customer service just to “cancel/delete” your account? And even when you are canceling the account they STILL try to ask for more PERSONAL INFORMATION from you. You cannot trust this company and their app. The positive reviews are scams from their friends & partners. CAUTION! DO NOT USE THIS APP until an actual change is made where they do not ask you for birthdays and middle names, etc.. -- Seafood City Cashier, 2026-04-22 ### *---- "DISSAPOINTING" I spend a lot on groceries and bakery items at Seafood City Sugar Land, TX but my purchases never earn points. I get my code scanned everytime but it’s never reflected on my app. -- TX_panda, 2026-04-17 ### *---- "Useless app" This app does not update the points after making purchases at Seafood city store locations. And now with the latest update, my previous points are gone. -- ItsMe123abc, 2026-04-02 ### *---- "Points not showing" points is not showing call the number they said need to email them the receipt too much hassle seems like they don’t know what they talking about -- 18SANTA, 2026-03-25 ### *---- "Can’t make it past account creation" It won’t let me get past making an account to get tickets for seafood city late night madness in Chicago ): -- R098yup, 2026-02-24 ### *---- "Where’s my OTP?" I’ve been trying to set up my log in and i haven’t received my OTP after hitting “re-send OTP” and waiting for it several times. Useless app. -- 2026Disgusted, 2026-01-16 [View all SFC Plus reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## SFC Plus Available In - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/sfc-plus-VgWt/united-states) - [Philippines](https://apptail.io/app/sfc-plus-VgWt/philippines) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
