If you join sfcu good luck. -- the godly raccoon, 2024-09-23 ### *---- "App" I just recently got a car loan through this bank and trying to figure out how to make a payment online is impossible. It keeps telling me it can’t find my account but bet it would be able to if I missed a payment. Clicked on the chat icon and NOBODY was available to help me. First time interacting with this bank. So far I’m not impressed -- jls2172, 2024-08-24 ### ***** "Banking" I love banking with sfcu -- coseen, 2024-08-09 ### ***** "Love my SFCU" This bank welcomed me with open arms after moving to New York in October 2023. I lived in New Jersey for 71 years and had to change banks because there wasn’t a branch near where I lived. SFCU came highly recommended. I’d like to give Eli who is with the Oneonta branch of SFCU a special thank you for welcoming me and making me feel like I was not only a valued customer but treated me like family! I had just sold my house in Bergen County and she helped me put my money where it would do the most good! She was so kind and considerate to me! I’m a senior and she showed me the utmost in respect. Explained the App to me and it is very user friendly. I am no computer genius, that’s for sure! So thank you and bless you Eli and SFCU for being there for me! With friendship and appreciation, Cathy Giuliana -- trailacat1, 2024-08-04 ### ***** "Great service" Your employee’s are always willing to help great customer support and service thank you -- Sonnyboy53, 2023-12-24 ### *---- "Lazy" This app has poor layout, hard to find features and insufficient responses and functions of the support chat. It’s been impossible to set up Zelle even tho it’s advertised as being quick and easy. The website lists functions that are supposed to be in the app that aren’t visible on the actual app at all. Unnecessarily confusing and annoying, and this is coming from a 25 year old lol. I wish my old bank was never taken over by this one. -- Garbage549821, 2023-11-29 ### ***** "Convenient!" Being on line is very convenient. It is super fast and easy. It is well protected. I like being able to quickly see how my accounts are doing. -- Anistasia 82, 2023-10-29 ### **--- "Please fix landscape view" For whatever reason, this app started to only work in portrait mode. Many people on an iPad who do home banking prefer to view this app in landscape. I’m not sure when this changed but please fix it so you have a choice. -- Nes30, 2023-08-31 ### ***** "Very good service" I have had my account. For a long time. I can rely On you for any information. When I call the 800 number. The women are always very helpful! -- Elfinlake, 2023-08-08 ### *---- "App generally does not work" This app intermittently works, if at all. After it logs you in, which takes about 10 minutes, it won’t let you see your accounts. The screen stays blank. I would recommend just going online through the website if you need access. -- Ali Gust, 2023-06-28 [View all SFCU CU reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## SFCU CU Discovered Keywords - online - sfcu mobile - sfcu cu ## Apps Similar to SFCU CU - [CBNA Mobile Banking](https://apptail.io/app/cbna-mobile-banking-mpt/united-states) - [SFCU Mobile Banking](https://apptail.io/app/sfcu-mobile-banking-pohb/united-states) - [Empower FCU Mobile Banking](https://apptail.io/app/empower-fcu-mobile-banking-zqFb/united-states) - [AmeriCU Credit Union](https://apptail.io/app/americu-credit-union-jMFb/united-states) - [NBT Bank](https://apptail.io/app/nbt-bank-lMFb/united-states) - [GHS FCU Mobile](https://apptail.io/app/ghs-fcu-mobile-zlGb/united-states) - [Wayne Bank Mobile](https://apptail.io/app/wayne-bank-mobile-BlGb/united-states) - [First Source](https://apptail.io/app/first-source-DlGb/united-states) - [DNB Mobile Banking](https://apptail.io/app/dnb-mobile-banking-ElGb/united-states) - [NYCM Insurance](https://apptail.io/app/nycm-insurance-VdHb/united-states) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
