So frustrating to use this app.

It needs more bugg fixes. Takes a lot of time to load up and crashes

This app can be so convenient but it glitches and I have to delete and download all over again. I don’t know why they aren’t fixing it.

By the time I get this app to respond, I could’ve called my order in 20 times

This app is easy to use unlike other distributors BUT I can’t tell you how many times I have deleted and reinstalled Proof. It just circles and circles and at times displays a plain white page. It’s frustrating when you are unable to access information in a timely manner.

It will not stop circling back to the logo every time I try to use it. It will do this for HOURS sometimes. As someone who doesn't work in IT, I know I could fix it and Southern has to have tons of IT people that could work on it. But maybe not since their website has had the same problems for months and they don’t get fixed no matter how much I complain.

I have to delete the app every two weeks because it won’t ever load, on top of that I’m always logged of the app!!! Please fix this since yall are the biggest distrusting company

This app has always been very slow but it at least got the job done eventually…until recently. This app has become total garbage. Every time I try to open the app, it goes into a never ending reboot loop and doesn’t open. The only way to fix this is to uninstall the app, reinstall and try again. Then I’m able to get an order in. That is, until the next time I need to use the app. For such a huge company, I guess I would expect just a little more investment into the customer-facing technology.
