## SGS Reviews in United Kingdom

### *---- "Just joined can’t log in keeps saying I have to update"
Go to App Store no update available! Constantly get that msg!
-- P0llyinmyp0cket, 2026-08-25

### ***-- "App issue"

### *---- "Poor customer service"
Tried to cancel my remember and was met with an error message. Attempted to contact customer service via email and have had no response.

### **--- "Tells me it always needs an update or doesn’t load"
The app started off great when I first started using it but it’s become more unusable recently.

When I open the app it tells me it needs an update, shunts me to the App Store where it wants me to leave feedback. It doesn’t need an update. I have to reboot the app a few times for it to automatically log me in. 9/10 it still gives me the update message, even after it’s actually needed an update!

When I’m in the app the workouts aren’t loading and I’m faced with a white screen. Not helpful when I’m planning my weekly workouts for the marathon plan I’m following, or when I’m trying to do the workout! If I close and reopen the app I’m faced with the update drama again.

I found following the marathon plans so helpful before but this is making me regret paying for a whole year upfront. If I was paying monthly I would have cancelled my subscription.

I’m hoping one of the rare correct update messages provides an update for this issue!

### ***** "5 stars"
Love it
-- Ray Ray cc, 2026-07-13

### ***** "Amazing"
What a app! Running, Hyrox to strength and Pilates and journaling you name it, wish the reps and sets section would change and the starting workout so not automatically started. Wish the home page would load more from strava
-- x_shan.X, 2026-07-13

### ***** "Best app ever"

### ***** "Love it!"
Great app
-- Emzykute, 2026-07-06

### *---- "Too basic"
Should definitely offer a free 7 day trail for this app as I’m so disappointed with it and feel like I’ve wasted £10. I’ve used ladder previously and wanted to give this a go, it’s so basic and messy compared to ladder. Doesn’t keep recorded of your reps, can’t have it on your smart watch, you can’t see what you did on the last session to be able to compare. Waste of money really disappointing for the money.
-- Howellnhow, 2026-06-25

### *---- "Not working properly"
Keeps telling me to update the app before I can log back in after randomly kicking me out. There are no updates to be done. It just keeps asking me to leave a review. Will not be renewing my subscription.

### ***** "SGS"

-- SGS review, 2026-05-14

### **--- "Very glitchy"
Everytime I try and open the app it has logged me out and says I need to update the app so I click okay but it just brings me to the review section. There are no updates to complete. Also cannot complete some of the exercises as the app crashes.
-- SophieG232, 2026-05-06

### ***-- "Really wanted to love it"
I have followed Holly for years and love her content so I really wanted to love this app! It has so much potential but falls short on so many aspects. Plus, i did message both holly and the SGS team and never heard back before leaving my review. Runs don’t always sync, workout instructions don’t match title, recipes missing ingredients and steps. I feel like a proper proofreading would have solved so many problems. The final straw for me before moving back to another running app was randomly losing all my progress. I also feel it would be better to have runs synced to a watch or audio instructions so you don’t need to carry your phone to constantly check what comes next in interval runs for example.
