## SgsEye Reviews in United States

### *---- "Trash"
Just that, worthless. 9 out of 10 times fails to connect to the cameras.
-- aztekayke, 2022-09-22

### *---- "Server down??"
Been using this since 2016 no issues great service. Now it will not connect says net error. Check practically everything. P2P status has three dots … I can look at this at the cameras locally. I have port forwarded to the camera system still no success. I believe it is on the provider side of the camera system. Now the camera system status says cannot connect. Hmmm.

### *---- "App does not connect to the cameras anymore"
I am not sure if the app is down but I am not able to get internet through my DVR. My internet is fine but it is not getting internet for the P2P part.
-- Kdog773chi, 2022-08-07

### *---- "No device!"
Every time I try to add a device, the message says verification failed. If it won’t accept my cameras the app is useless! Uninstalled.
-- starchilde956, 2022-01-20

### *---- "Needs an update"
Needs an update
-- VIPER_23_, 2020-09-21

### ***** "Good quality for its price"
I’ve had this system for about a year now. Good quality for its price. Are there better systems, yes. But this gets the job done. You have to buy a memory drive for this system, which isn’t expensive nor complicated to install, actually very easy to install.
-- Andru2275, 2020-08-21

### *---- "Connection"
Can’t connect to my cameras. Never had an issue before until IOS updates. Are you up to date with apple updates? I have tried everything to solve this issue with no results.
-- Figzz, 2019-12-14

### ***** "Thank you!!"
Green lines are gone after the last app update. Everything is as it should be.🙌🏼
-- Santisse, 2019-10-19

### *---- "Same problem green line"
I am have the same problem with mine can someone help me with this exactly same problem my wife work well but not for me I have an iPhone 8 Plus she had iPhone 10 Plus . Need help
-- dochytr234678, 2019-10-17

### *---- "Green Line"
Just like a lot of these reviews, the app worked well until my phone updated. Now there are green lines across the cameras. I liked the app before, but right now it’s unusable. Hoping these bugs get worked out soon so I can use it again. I rely on this to be able to check in on work operations when I’m not on site.
