This app is a scam. Their Algorithm is designed to make money obviously. It will show u more matches if u haven’t bought any membership and once u got the membership, keeps showing the same matches over n over. Shows people online but they aren’t. Once u buy membership then they want you to upgrade ur membership. 
It’s an Ego boost for the Girls , they don’t want to marry anyone but just want some attention.

I am one of your former clients and I wanted to let you know how unhappy I have been with the services of the customer service from your staff.

When I first joined I had a case manager who was wonderful and listened to the type of partner I was looking for and was happy when I used to get consistent updates from her.

The services that I received the last 3 times I signed up with your company to find a partner for myself was absolutely horrible. Your staff were unprofessional and never listened to the preferences I had asked for. 

When we asked to speak to a manager we were spoken to very rudely and were even hung up on a few times. If we were passed on to a manager that person was very rude and said it was not their problem and it was our fault for not giving the correct preferences. However, not only was my preferences provided multiple times but it was also mentioned on my Shaadi.com profile.

I don’t appreciate my hard earned money being wasted for extremely poor and disgusting customer service. 

Due to having such bad experience I have dis-continued using your services as it has left a sour taste.

I have told my friends and family not to use Shaadi.com either

This app aims to connect people, but it’s clear that it relies on a constant monthly money stream from you just to send one message. You literally can not contact anyone unless you ridiculous fees. It’s quite demoralising when you have matches sitting there and yet you’re unable to contact them.

My parents insisted for making this profile but i had bad experience as this website ripped me off by calling. There was no app that time.as soon as i Singed up I started getting calls back to back.and when i asked I can’t see many matches they said u ll see more in ur country when you paid member but after paying it was still same nothing special and when I raised issue they sent me a ticket number and nobody bothered to get back after that.
