SHAASHOP Reviews in United States

### *---- "Package Lost"
They don’t refund or do anything even if the package was lost before I received it.
-- Adshfrivxjgd, 2024-09-03

I left inquiries several times, but there was no response for almost a week. I cannot contact them by phone, only through the chat form. It’s better not to use it.
-- baby7leah, 2023-12-23

### ***-- "Slow cs respons"
Response from CS is too slow…
-- Gjqor, 2023-12-15

-- mrzlposa, 2023-10-09

### ***-- "I did not get my product"
I ordered my products multiple times and I always got mine, but this one time I did not get my product. The app says It was supposed to be delivered by yesterday but I still haven't gotten my product. Can you guys check? I even 문의 but I didn't get any answers back from yall
-- spongebobking1, 2023-08-12

### *---- "Horrible service"
Never use it again
-- Juno5353, 2023-01-18

### *---- "Not recommend; Not a reliant app and support"
This app idea itself is great but in reality, their support is not meeting the expectations at all. I have used this multiple times, and for my latest order, its status has not changed when that was placed few weeks ago. They will charge you a huge fee (in about $50-100 depending how much you trying to bring) , in which you should expect than it will easily take more than few weeks to arrive to your place in U.S. Moreover, their customer service is only available for chat form and their response is too vague. Also, do not expect to return any of the products when received.
-- Rumblemaster1456, 2022-12-17
