## Shadow Work Description
Finally understand the hidden patterns running your life, and break them for good.

Trusted by 150,000+ people on their healing journey.

Mindberg isn't another personality test, mood tracker, or feel-good habit app. It's a shadow work experience grounded in real depth psychology, designed to help you understand why you do what you do and finally break the patterns that keep repeating.

If you've ever asked yourself:
- Why do I keep finding myself in the same situations?
- Why do I react the way I do in relationships?
- Why do I feel stuck, numb, or disconnected?

Mindberg helps you uncover the real answers hiding in your unconscious mind.

WHY THOUSANDS CHOOSE MINDBERG
- Break repeating patterns
- Understand your shadow
- Interpret your dreams to reveal what your unconscious is trying to tell you
- Track patterns through guided reflection to build real self-awareness
- Integrate insights into daily life, not just intellectual understanding
- Make better choices rooted in deep self-knowledge

Mindberg is about transformation from the inside out.

MINDBERG GOES DEEPER
Have you used any of these?
- Enneagram
- MBTI / Myers-Briggs
- Personality tests
- Astrology quizzes
- Journaling apps
- Habit trackers

Those tools describe what you do. Mindberg helps you understand why you do it.

Rooted in Jungian shadow work and psychology, Mindberg goes beyond surface-level labels. Your responses and patterns reveal the parts of you that are hidden, denied, or misunderstood.

BUILT FOR YOUR HEALING JOURNEY
Mindberg supports you through:
- Trauma and emotional wounds
- CPTSD and early conditioning
- Grief and loss
- Breakups and relational wounds
- Identity crises and loss of direction
- Recovery from numbing habits and addictive patterns
- Inner child healing
- Spiritual exploration and meaning-making

Mindberg is a safe place to face what you've been avoiding and finally move through it. Everything you write stays private. Your journal is yours alone.

YOUR UNCONSCIOUS SPEAKS. START LISTENING.
Dreams, emotional triggers, repeating patterns. None of these are random. They're signs from your unconscious mind.

Mindberg includes:
- Guided shadow work sessions
- Prompts for Shadow exploration
- Relationship patterns
- Dream analysis and dream journal tools to uncover recurring symbols
- Reflection tools that connect behavior to deeper patterns

When you understand the unconscious forces shaping your life, you stop fighting yourself and start making real progress.

WHY IT WORKS
Most apps try to change your behavior. Mindberg works with the source of your behavior.

By identifying the unconscious beliefs and patterns behind your decisions, you gain clarity and control. This is how you stop reacting and start choosing differently.

People don't invest in Mindberg for quick fixes. They come for insight, transformation, and the chance to finally understand themselves.

WHAT MAKES MINDBERG DIFFERENT
Mindberg was created by a Jungian psychotherapist accredited by the C.G. Jung Institute Zürich. This isn't a faceless app. It's built by people who care deeply about your journey.

The Mindberg team is emotionally invested and committed to supporting you as you explore your inner world. We listen, we iterate, and we evolve based on your feedback.

If you have suggestions, reflections, or ideas, we'd love to hear from you. Leave a review or reach out directly. Your voice shapes the future of Mindberg.

Start your journey inward. Understand your shadow. Reclaim your power.

## Shadow Work Reviews in United States

### ***** "Session With an Analyst"
Had a positive session with Dragomir. He was very positive and easy to speak to, and I found value in our conversation. Prior to this session, Nick was very helpful and communicative in helping me schedule the conversation. Thank you!
-- AnjKal17, 2024-10-02

### ***** "Jung psychology at its best"
Truly experience Jung psychology as is was meant to be and ultimately discover the Self. Experience and communicate with the collective unconscious and make the One. Carl Jung said if enough people make the One it could change the psyche thus changing humanity for the better. With Mindberg you can find the tools to help you on the path of Individuation.

### ****- "Original and fun"
I really enjoy this app. The archetype personality test results are spot on and through the AI question function, I was able to find out which MBTI and Enneagram type most aligns with my archetype. I also love the dream interpretation function, it is unreal how specific it gets! My only confusion is with the tokens. You get a certain number of tokens to use to ask questions of the AI. Once the tokens run out, you have the option to purchase more, but do they also replenish at the beginning of each new month? It seems excessive to charge for tokens when I’m already paying a monthly membership…
-- Nikki Vite, 2024-07-22

### ***** "Sounds like me for sure"
lol I only have seen the free stuff so far but it sounds just like me!!
-- Sami Upton, 2024-03-04

### ***** "Best Psychology Based App I Have Encountered!"
Eye-Opening App That Guides and Comforts Throughout the Day
-- cat312!, 2023-11-05

### ***** "Brighten you day on a fun way"
I am enjoying this app every morning and helps me sharpen my focus each day. Very truthful analytics of my character shines the light on the certain aspects and ignite my deep dive into them. Particularly I enjoy dream journals and analysis as a window to my unconscious shadows, just then, I can see which part still needs work. Hope you will enjoy Mindberg perk (as much as I am 😃)!
-- vivaiva03, 2023-10-28

### ***** "Surprisingly insightful!"
Personality test was spot-on, and I’ve been diving deep into the dream interpretations. The AI solutions gives really good advices! Mood tracking is simple and fun. It’s become my daily go-to self care app.
-- GrayRock_, 2023-10-28

### *---- "Wasted Time"
You download the app and start answering questions for it to analyze right away. After a few minutes it asks you to enter your email and make an account, then you get a code in your email that you have to enter. They get your birthday and an email/password combo and then finally when it says you’re about to see your “results” it prompts you to pay 6 dollars or 60 dollars for the app. Excuse me, I don’t even know what you’re trying to sell me? You’ve given me nothing and you get nothing. Don’t even waste your time.
-- Catnip Evergreen, 2023-10-21

### ***** "Great analysis"
The application orks great, is easy to use and provides excellent psychological analysis
