### ***** "Fun but…"
Its fun but im generally new and apparently got matched with pro players and for some reason i just went up a player who couldnt take damage from my spells or followers like it says my enemy took 0 damage when my follower attack was 7 and the fact new players can beat players that are pro, its almost as if the game just flipped the switch on who can play overpowered cards

### **--- "Broken and one sided"
There are a lot of broken cards which spoiled the gameplay of fairness. It became a race to who played the broken cards first. You played it first, you win. Even ridiculous if you are playing Havencraft against them where they can kill you in 3 turns. Some examples:

- Demon of Greed: invoked when player has no cards on hand, deals 2 damage to enemy leader, restore 2 to player leader. Evolving will deal 5 damage to 1 enemy follower which pretty much kills it, and discard 2 cards from your hand. If this is discarded, place 2 in your deck. (Seriously?). This resulted in endless loop even if you managed to survive the first few invokes. Paired with full moon leap you get insta 7 damage on the leader. 

- Dimension Shift: grants the player one more turn after this through spell boost. Ya.. I’ve seen players playing 3 dimension shifts.. meaning they got 3 turns to kill you. Paired with another card that give you +1 every other spell boost.. usually comes out with 10+ attack. Gg

- Forest and shadow has a card that destroy 4 other cards to create 5 big monsters with storm and +1. Usually done in turn 4 or 5. Basically these 5 cards can insta kill enemy. For forest, they just need to play fairy and wisp while the shadow plays some countdowns.

I do understand there are counter cards but how often do you get these counter cards right at the beginning? Before it comes you are dead so what’s the point?

Lastly, game support don’t even bother to reply to your feedback even after submitting via their forums 3 times. There’s no response nothing. Just purely one sided. At least try and play the game to nerf those broken cards a bit.. even increasing the cost helps.

The game had been generously giving out packs and surprisingly easy to grind, I’m not a phone gamer person. Genshin is too grindy for me, this is actually a fun TCG.
As a WS and yugioh player, I’m glad that CY games can release something more frdly than Duel Links.

I’ve heard this game to be REALLY GOOD and I’m in the midst of trying it..
HOWEVER, is it possible that the lines when the player chooses to use the Japanese Dub be altered to correctly translated English? Because it kind of bugs me to hear the Japanese saying one thing but the English text not fitting the Dub. Otherwise, “It’s A Great game!

I have been playing this game since beta and I must say the F2P experience is perfect. It might be rough at the start but once you get a hang of the general strategies, the game is wonderful. If you are into turn-based strategies, this game is a must try.

### ***** "Fun Game with Great art and generous devs"
Most CCG aims to at some point get their players to pay real life money to unlock content in the game (cards or packs). Though Shadowverse has such a system, the developers give out a lot of freebies that you can easily F2P this game and still have a wide enough collection to build Meta decks. 

I’ve read through the bad reviews personally and they all come from players who are inexperience with CCGs that don’t really understand deck building. I’ve never played a game with such generous devs that explains with logic their balances and changes. 

Sure sometimes these balances take a long time but it happens eventually.

Generous with giving free card packs but the AI's cards in story mode from chapter 8 onwards are just stupid strong, they can get a 10 atk 10 def card when you're barely able to summon cards of around 4 atk 4 def... Story and graphics are so-so.

I love how generous the Developers are to f2p players. After finishing the tutorial, u are given up to 30 packs. I repeat, 30 PACKS!! I've gotten quite high ranks after sometime committed to the game. The latest expansion was a really good one so good job on them. :) However, the occasional crashes in arena and multi-player mode make it kinda frustrating especially if your winning. Pls fix it and grace us with more expansions thx.

Edit: The crashes on IOS have mostly been fixed!!!

I mean like seriously? Look at your matchmaker this is ridiculous. Trying to complete the daily quest of winning UNRANKED matches, not even ranked. Cant even win a few rounds, probably 2 wins out of 10 rounds. 

Fix your matchmaker so that people with overpowered cards are not matched with players like us who started 2 days ago. This is not even unlimited just rotating but people are dishing out legendarys and gold, obviously paid players. The experience is really bad fix your matchmaker or you will lose player.

### ****- "Don’t bother with Hearthstone. This tops the cake"
Ever wondered if a card game on mobile can be less p2w? Enter Shadowverse, possibly the most F2P friendly game you will ever play. They give you a ton of avenues for you to expand your collection, and while actually getting the full expansion will be impossible, you should be able to get a decent deck done every single expansion.

Animations and artwork are beautiful. While many of them are taken off other Cygames titles, the quality is top notch. 

Nothing is perfect though. Shadowverse occasionally gets a meta issue, where some decks will be always played. And it gets annoying after a while. But that is the common issue with all ccgs so we just hope it is reduced to a minimum.

Also the rank system is occasionally referred to as a chore. With a separate queue for both rotation and unlimited formats, you would want to just focus on one, as it WILL get tiring. Thankfully, unlike hearthstone only master ratings are reset to 0 every month due to monthly rank system. The beginner ranks prior to master will never reset and there is a safety net on every single milestone (C, B, A, AA)

All in all it is a must try and if you want an alternative to blizzard’s ccg, try this.
