shaep is your at home, guided strength x Pilates program designed to help you build a strong, lean, sculpted body with structure that actually delivers results.
Inside the app, you follow a proven method that combines strength training to build shape with Pilates to refine, lengthen, and improve posture. Every workout is intentional, progressive, and designed to support real body recomposition so you can feel stronger, tighter, and more confident without needing a gym.

Beyond workouts, shaep supports your results through simple, high protein nutrition and a grounded approach to wellness. You will have access to meal plans, recipe guides, and new recipes added regularly to help you fuel your body without restriction or overwhelm. Mindfulness is also woven into the experience through breathwork and meditations that support recovery, reduce stress, and keep you consistent long term.

Everything inside shaep is designed to work together so you are not guessing what to do next. You have structure, guidance, and a clear path to results.

shaep membership includes:
- Full access to strength x Pilates workouts, plus mobility and low-impact cardio
- Monthly challenges and structured weekly schedules
- New workout series added regularly
- Breathwork, meditation, and mindfulness sessions
- High-protein meal plans, recipe guides, and downloads
- Community support and exclusive member access

To access all features and content you can subscribe to shaep by Kelsey Rose on a monthly or yearly basis with an auto-renewing subscription right inside the app.* Pricing can vary by region and will be confirmed before purchase in the app. In app subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of their cycle.

All payments will be paid through your iTunes Account and may be managed under Account Settings after the initial payment. Subscription payments will automatically renew unless deactivated at least 24-hours before the end of the current cycle. Your account will be charged for renewal at least 24-hours prior to the end of the current cycle. Any unused portion of your free trial will be forfeited upon payment. Have been doing these workouts for almost 2 months now and I can see such a difference in my muscle tone and mobility. I switched to this platform after wanting to incorporate more weights in my workouts and its been so refreshing! I love the weekly schedule, how each day targets something different - the structure of it feels very purposeful to building strength and burning fat. Kudos to Kelsey!

### ***** "Versatile, customizable and wonderful workout platform!"
I have been using this workout platform since it’s inception and I have loved it from the start. It has such a range of options for workouts in both length (10 min to 1 hour), equipment (weights or unweighted) and style from strength to cardio to endurance to flexibility this platform truly has options for everyone. I love that there are meal plan ideas, meditations/breathwork (a HUGE bonus) and LIVE workouts for its members. This app truly gives you its all! Kelsey is such a wonderful instructor. I love that she focuses on holistic health, mind and body, gives you modifications and stresses the importance of mobility. She provides weekly schedules if structure is what you need AND she’s built in a community forum to meet other members to help you stay accountable! Extra extra bonus, there is now a section on the app that is curated to where you are at in your menstrual cycle. This platform is worth it, and truly affordable!

I’ve been a member of Kelsey’s since the app was first released, and love her workout style. There is a weekly schedule that’s super easy to follow, along with monthly challenges and a huge archive of videos. I like having the option of choosing between different types of workouts and the flexibility of having quicker workouts available depending on my energy levels or work schedule. There are also a ton of healthy recipes that I often use when planning meals. Highly recommend!
