Seeing this error about my account being used in another location, but I’ve removed all devices and added one back in and still got the same message. Update: you guys think you’re Netflix!? Your content ain’t that good. I’ll be cancelling! Update: thanks for the worthless response. I reached out to support and they provided absolutely squat!

Do not purchase
They Did an upgrade without notifying consumers, and have horrible customer service. If 0 stars was possible, this would be it.
Sign out issue
Each time I access the app , I have to sign up again on the phone or smart tv.
A JOKE
The app is being acting up recently and jamming with a lot of errors. The customer service is horrible because they don’t respond and every time I have a problem i feel like I need a therapist after chatting with an agent because their capacity of understanding is below kinder gardens levels. Waist of money big time.

Needs work
I hate this app because the shows never drop on time and some times they take weeks to drop. The continue watching feature doesn’t work any more so I have to go to every show and see if a new episode is out. This app just needs serious work.
