This app is not user friendly app - used option plan a trip but get incorrect mode of transport. Tried few tine but in vain

Bus number missing in the app
Bus 48 of DIP2 keeps missing from the app. Waiting so long in the sun for a bus we are not sure of time is so unfair! Someone please check on this? Thanks
Showing bus timing near by all locations confusing of required stop timings
Since using 3 years day by day going worst. The development is not user friendly and hard to use. Today update changes difficult to find the required bus timing of the bus stop and showing all locations near by stops. It is irritating and difficult to find the bus timing
The time showing is wrong
same time showing for all the stops.
A month and the app hasn’t been rectified
Never known of any app that takes more than a month to rectify the issue. The bus timings show no real data and is typically good for nothing. A horrible experience when there is no alternative to check for bus timings and you rely on this app alone.
App crashing
When I’m trying to switch the locations, the app crashes. Needs debugging/update.
It doesn't show the correct times
When you open the app the click on the bus number and the time is showing is only 7:45
Useless appk
This is very poor application and westing of time wrong timing and wrong information always .
Metro schedule is wrong
Rta call Centre doesn’t give any information about metro bus timings now and suggest to download this app. I was relying on this app information about metro and missed the last train - ended up paying for a taxi. Not useful at all !
