## Shamah Way Description
You know the importance of taking time to develop your faith, but the time you spend does not often produce the spiritual fruit you are looking for. It can be difficult to find good guiding resources or methods to help you make the most of the time you do spend. Your spiritual practice often feels obligatory, and fueled by shame. When you try to engage in these moments it’s hard to stay focused, and does not add significant value to your busy life.

There is a way.

The Shamah Way is a journaling experience that lasts twenty minutes or less, that helps you stay captivated as you are guided to explore all four parts of your spiritual makeup: Heart, Soul, Mind, and Strength

You need your Heart for deep relationships
You need your Soul to know your calling and purpose
You need your Mind to grow your understanding
You need your Strength to embody and express your beliefs

The practice of growing each of these four critical parts is so essential that Jesus called it the most important commandment:

“Of all the commandments, which is the most important?”
“The most important one,” answered Jesus, “is this: ‘Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God, the Lord is one. Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength.’ The second is this: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’ There is no commandment greater than these.”

Without uniquely developing and integrating each of these four parts, it will be difficult for you to heal from your wounds, connect deeply with those who matter most, see your life purpose and calling clearly, or have what you need to face life in all its fullness.

As you journey inward guided by the Shamah Way, you will begin to:

•	Recover and reconnect with your Heart
•	Hear God’s voice guiding you
•	Grow deeper in your relationships
•	Discover your purpose and calling
•	Experience a rich inner life you may have only heard about

Start your inward journey today and deepen your relationship with God, others, and self on your pathway toward healing and spiritual transformation with the Shamah Way journal.

## Shamah Way Reviews in United States

### ***-- "Helpful, but can’t access the different options"
This app has been very helpful, but can’t access the different audio options. Personally, the app has tremendously helped me see what happens with emotions not taken to the Lord, and the blessing of emotion that has been filtered s the Lord. I’m a bit old school, so I think that I’d prefer it in a journal. The app helps me be able to process situations quickly on the run though. Just wish I could access the other audio options, but there isn’t a place support option either.

It also has been impossible to get support for this app. I can’t access the app even though I’ve got a yearly
Subscription. It keeps telling me that I need to subscribe, and I can’t contact anyone to get it fixed. Very frustrating.

### ***** "Game-changer"
This app has had a phenomenal impact on my wellbeing in only a week, and is beginning to affect my relationships.
-- JammingBabySteps, 2020-11-28

### ***** "Next Level Christian Meditation"
Wow... I’ve used a few different Christian meditation apps and found them to be too heavy emotionally or too focused on worldly personal development. This one walks me through a daily journey that touches every area - heart, soul, mind, and strength. It also includes a short Bible reading. Best of all, I actually “feel” something... as if I’m being led to a special place and encounter with God. Thank you to the developers!

### ***** "Amazing App"
What an incredible app! It has transformed the way I unite and engage my heart, mind, body, spirit and soul — all thoughtfully and intentionally together — in my quiet time with the Living God. Even when life is in its hectic seasons, I can plan to start (or end) my day with a quick 10-minute recharge. Then when when I have more time and want to dive deeper, I can choose the 20 minute, guided, or music only audio options. Plus I love documenting my notes in the digital journal as I follow along, I really feel like the Lord speaks to me as I reflect. I wish I’d known about this resource sooner, I seriously love it! This app can revolutionize and maximize your personal time with God if you let it!

### ***** "Amazing"
I’m 14years old and this is an amazing way to connect to god. I’ve known Jake sense he was a pastor and once again he has pulled it of. I recommend this to anyone who wants or needs to get closer to god.

### ***** "Th shaman way"
I am in middle school and use this app either in the morning or night and it helps me connect to god and myself.

### ***** "This was an answer to prayer!"
I have needed the Shamah journal in this season! I tend to be all over the place in my journaling practice; some seasons I forget to process and check in entirely, and when I do, my mind can easily be scattered. Having the interactive Shamah journal has been extremely beneficial! The visual & audible prompts has helped me bring my entire being into focus, and I can feel such a difference in my day adding it into my morning routine. I love the daily Word reflections as well. So grateful to have this incredible resource!

### ***** "Wholistic Journal for Wholistic Faith"
Easy to use. Great for personal use in your own devotional life. Or subscribe and enjoy prayerful considered content. This journal helps me to meet Christ in all aspects of my walk.
