## Shane's Rib Shack Reviews in United States

### ****- "Reward Points"
Came in and placed 2 different orders because I forgot something. Saw the reward system and asked the cashier to sign me up after I generously left a tip. I asked her if I was aloud to go back into the app and add my receipt for the previous order and she said yes but there is nowhere on the app to add previous orders.
-- SadHautelook Customer, 2025-06-16

### ***-- "Issues"
With the new app not able to locate where to submit a receipt. Not good !!!
-- Jetjoy56, 2025-05-22

### ***** "Becky"
This is the worst ribs I have ever eaten. So tough hardly no meat on the bones. $40 dollars down the drain.
-- illy bob joe, 2025-05-11

### *---- "Reward Points"
I was assured many times my reward points would roll into the new app version seamlessly. I had several thousand. They did not ! 😠
-- Robbed & Cheated, 2025-05-08

### ***** "Awesome"
Great Food
-- King Tellis, 2025-04-14

### ***-- "Can’t pay"
I went through the trouble of placing an order only to get to the payment potion, and there was no keyboard and the app wouldn’t scan the card like they say it will.
-- majeva91, 2025-04-09

### *---- "Shane’s is a Shame"
Once the food was delicious and portions were worth the cost Our last couple visit have been disappointing. For example the BQ pork plate only had about 1/4 lb of pork instead of 1/2 The BBQ beans were loaded with large pieces of onion. Brunswick stew was like the liquid from the BbQ beans without the usual stew. Not sure we will be going back
-- BBQ nomore, 2025-04-06

### *---- "No longer works"
App is stuck on page to enter phone number
-- TRTT007, 2025-03-24

### ***** "Food"
It was great the service was good and the food is wonderful
-- Big Doug 79, 2025-02-15

### ***** "Food and staff"
They have the best potatoes and burgers and there staff is awesome
-- Best food 25, 2025-01-23
