## Sharky's Rewards & Ordering Reviews in United States

### *---- "Year of birth is REQUIRED??"
Look. I will give you my email for food discounts. I will give my phone number (although I will immediately unsubscribe from any texts). I will give you my name and general location. I will even tell you the month and day that I am born. But I draw the line at providing my year of birth. That’s none of your business. I am not signing up for an account!!
-- Sharp11Girl, 2025-04-12

### **--- "Missing Food, again"
You should probably order in store and make sure you have all your food. This is the third time I’ve ordered in the app. Got a salad with no dressing, when I ordered extra dressing Kinda gets old. Points do not matter when you’re not receiving what you paid for.

### ***** "Best crew of any Sharky’s"
Friendly crew with timely orders and always accommodating.
-- jensteclark, 2024-12-04

### ***-- "Ordering via app"
Feels like all the options available in store are not available in app. Could not figure out how to add an ingredient to the order. App works well and is intuitive but very rigid in not allowing options.
Scan of card didn’t work. When I canceled that the app took me to the Home screen. Is there a link to the cart so I can get back to the irder, no.
Bottom line is the person or people that designed this app used a cookie cutter design to save time in lieu of knowing the restaurant and how great the food is. Great restaurant with a poor app
-- Scrylry, 2024-09-08

### **--- "Overpriced"
I order through the app and am constantly getting there and the food is already made even though I didn’t get notification it’s ready. They stuff the burrito with rice and sprinkle in the rest of the ingredients. Their guacamole has changed over the years and I swear it’s made with frozen avocado.
-- Doyleslaw, 2024-08-29

### ***-- "Missing Items and Wrong Type of Beans"
I paid for extra guac because there is barely any given with the taquitos. I didn’t get the extra guac and I ordered pinto beans, but was given black. It’s really disappointing because of how much it costs that the order isn’t right.
-- KB12489, 2024-06-30

### *---- "Can’t log in"
I can only sign into my account through the Sharkeys website. I tried deleting the app & reinstalling but I still cannot log into my account. I ended up deleting this app because it is now useless.
-- Brosas1991, 2024-05-25

### *---- "App crashes on open"
Haven’t been able to open the app for months. Crashes on open. Deleting and re-installing makes no difference.
-- gogiants43, 2024-04-18

### *---- "Inconsistent inconvenient and not viable altogether"
Not only do they always pick the most out of the way locations to open storefronts the only thing consistent about this place is how often they close down i actually used to go there alot as a kid for the nacho grande however its like they HATE all their loyal customers bc all they ever do is make things inconvenient for them i dont even get how they’re still in business instead of closing the marina del rey or at least 1 of 10+ locations in LA they would rather close the only 2 locations they had in Orange County im sorry but theres WAAAY better food options in LA than Sharkys so my rating is in comparison to the food available in each one of these locations found in those areas like there is literally a better option at every last location they have except in Orange County but i digress the food was good while it lasted theres just no way i would trust their LA locations
-- AZ_Danks, 2024-03-28

### ***** "Love Sharkeys"
Great food, healthy, super options for the vegetarian. Wonderful watermelon lemonade and the salsa is always the best. The team always does a great job.
