Sharky's Rewards

I paid for extra guac because there is barely any given with the taquitos. I didn’t get the extra guac and I ordered pinto beans, but was given black. It’s really disappointing because of how much it costs that the order isn’t right.

I can only sign into my account through the Sharkeys website. I tried deleting the app & reinstalling but I still cannot log into my account. I ended up deleting this app because it is now useless.

Haven’t been able to open the app for months. Crashes on open. Deleting and re-installing makes no difference.

Not only do they always pick the most out of the way locations to open storefronts the only thing consistent about this place is how often they close down i actually used to go there alot as a kid for the nacho grande however its like they HATE all their loyal customers bc all they ever do is make things inconvenient for them i dont even get how they’re still in business instead of closing the marina del rey or at least 1 of 10+ locations in LA they would rather close the only 2 locations they had in Orange County im sorry but theres WAAAY better food options in LA than Sharkys so my rating is in comparison to the food available in each one of these locations found in those areas like there is literally a better option at every last location they have except in Orange County but i digress the food was good while it lasted theres just no way i would trust their LA locations

Great food, healthy, super options for the vegetarian. Wonderful watermelon lemonade and the salsa is always the best. The team always does a great job.

I’ve gotten some good food from Sharky’s before. But lately it’s just not as good . My order was cold and the achiote sauce is non-existent. Not going back anytime soon.

I am a vegetarian and a picky one at that. I don’t like tofu. Sharky’s had an amazing mushroom tacos plate and this summer they removed it from their menu. Sooooo disappointing… I can get a bean and cheese burrito from anywhere. But the mushroom tacos from Sharky’s were only available at Sharky’s. I don’t have a reason to go back there anymore. Super sad… I hope they’ll consider bringing it back.

Please give us the option to having an ingredient on the side rather than in the burrito.

The app is easy to use and navigate. It has not given me any issues as of yet as well as hasn’t crashed on me unlike other apps after I order allot and put in notes what else is needed.

App quits on launch. It’s been this way for months. Please fix.
