Then to find out that my secondary insurance was not billed at all. As a senior citizen on state assistance, this has put my finances and credit at severe risk. Upfront and appropriate billing needs to be used as a standard. I am deeply stressed while working on this with the billing department and have yet to have the numerous late last year charges resolved.
