It kinda takes forever for the team to approve your account when signing up as a driver. Meanwhile you cannot also contact anyone for support within the app. 
The team for Shaxi Driver must be quick because the other competitors don’t have such delays.

I will like to plead to management to adjust the fare to the standard of other platforms eg. Uber and bolt and also automated increase in fare especially when in traffic. Again  surge  especially in rash hours and areas that are high demand

I highly recommend Shaxi over bolt, uber and yango. Very affordable, comfortable and smooth. 
But the app has a bug that needs to be fixed asap, I am using it as a driver and about a week now the pop up that shows to drag and end the trip doesn’t function, I uninstalled the app and installed it again but it still doesn’t work, I sent an email to the customer support through email and I still haven’t received any feedback yet. Please do something about it, SHAXI🎉🔥
