Glitchy App
Firstly,I tried make an advance booking which got cancelled immediately after being booked. Since then, every time I attempt to input in a location, the app does not recognise it, there’s no drop downs and I’m not able to book any rides. I’ve tried trouble shooting to no avail and wasn’t even able to send any feedback since the submit button was glitchy too. I had high hopes but am really disappointed.
Unable to log in
I tried registering and it tells me my number is already registered and that I should log in.
I then try to log in but have no idea of password. I then try reset password which gives me a webpage to put in the new password and confirm it. But the app won’t let me reset it! Then it just repeats.
Shocking customer service - refuse a refund after breakdown
Our shebah broke down due to a flat tire (that was known to the driver before accepting our ride) we were on a freeway on way to airport and almost missed our flights home. Extremely stressful experience and shebah still charged us! Refusing a refund - I am still in shock I even had to argue the case. Thank god for Uber. Never again shebah
Mostly good but unreliable
Drivers are friendly and most know what they are doing and where they are going it I’ve pre booked and had drivers not turn up, cancel at the last minute, been 45 minutes late without notification. I’m at the point where Uber is more reliable and safe. It’s not safe when your Shebah driver leaves you stranded. Today I had to call an Uber as I was stranded for an hour. My driver got completely lost. This has happened too many times. They charge you a $20 fee if you cancel. They charge the driver $10. Some drivers are super inconsiderate and leave you stranded alone at night.
indian male driver
how does an indian male driver show up for the booking? very worrying
The app works and I don’t have to deal with creeps
After one too many creepy Uber drivers, I decided to download Sheba and delete Uber.
I read the reviews and am confused why people would say the app is terrible. It works. You don’t have to enter your credit card details to just test it.
Plenty of rides around for me, but I live in the city. So it’s probably easier for me to get a ride on any app. I can’t speak to the issue of there being no rides outside of the centres - hopefully that changes soon.
Some reviews here seem a little fake - especially with a user name that sounds like it was made up just to leave this review. It seems like some people have a problem with rides that exclude CIS males.
But it seems to me these people don’t know how it feels to be grilled by an Uber driver about their relationship status, whether they live alone, whether they’re a “party girl who likes to stay up late and have fun” for 15 minutes straight while they make up answers about their fake boyfriend just to be safe. An Uber driver who knows where you live because he’s driving you home. And then report him to Uber just to have them say they’ll look into it if other people also make a report but for now, all they can do is not have him drive you again. Which means there’s no guarantee that you won’t get another creep.
So before you leave a fake review, maybe try to empathise a little.
Of course there will be some who don’t enjoy the app. That’s only natural. But this app is not about excluding CIS males, this app is about our safety.
Ageist
I tried to sign up to use your platform, however it would not accept my year of birth, so obviously over 50’s cannot use Shebah. I’ll be certain to inform all of my friends and co-worker’s. You know we over 50’s go out at night etc too. Horrible ageism!!!
Took a while to book
I had to request a booking a few times before getting a car, I cancelled the booking a few times on the app as it was taking too long to connect me with a driver. If it doesn’t work straight away keep trying, I guess there aren’t enough drivers yet. Looking forward to trying it out as I love the idea.
Useless!
Thoroughly useless app! Won’t pick up any drivers, you can’t make advanced bookings. Who runs this company?
Mrs
It’s awful, glitching and won’t accept my birthday😂🤦🏻♀️
