## Shebah Reviews in Australia

### *---- "“No drivers in your area”"
I live very central Brisbane city but everytime I tried booking a ride with the app it says “No drivers in your area” … I tried so many times. How can there be no drivers? I’m in the city.
-- Kalila Matthews, 2024-11-20

### *---- "Good concept bad execution"
I really wanted to love this app but I cannot add a payment method. It keeps saying error and asking me to retry but it just won’t work
-- Chloeelisw, 2024-06-10

### ***** "Great"
I have only used Shebah one time this morning but will definitely be considering in the future.
The driver Sue (Bendigo) was on time, friendly and explained about Shebah.
My favourite perk is that booking in advance was only slightly more expensive then on the spot. Compared with Uber which charged me $40 to book a ride into town in advance
-- Asbestosgurl, 2024-05-18

### *---- "Great company, terrible app"
I love Shebah service and drivers but at least half the time I cannot book or the booking disappears because the app is glitchy in every way. The drivers have similar problems at their end. I have emailed the company many times begging them to fix the app but they pretend there is nothing wrong with it. So frustrating.
-- Hobart Visitor, 2024-05-13

### *---- "App doesnt work and no web booking system available"
App doesnt allow origin and destination selection all of a sudden, however it did work at first
-- MariiaSydney, 2024-03-10

### *---- "Useless service"
“No drivers in your area” every time I try to make a booking. 7:30pm in an highly populated area bordering on the Sydney CBD.

Total waste of time. Deleting this app and sticking to the competition.
-- Gray the Grayte, 2024-02-18

### ****- "Review"
Want to book ahead. It keeps on doing today with the new update. I have been using the app for awhile. It is great for preferred payment methods. It is just one problem.
-- Joyous Meerkat, 2024-02-09

### ***** "Why is the app not working?"
Is Shebah having a problem? The App won’t load.
-- AngyandStephanie, 2023-09-07

### *---- "App doesn’t work"
Downloaded app - tried to register using my email address and got partway through (adding credit card details) before the app crashed. Removed and reinstalled twice and the same thing keeps happening. Tried to set up a new account using a different registration type but can’t because phone number already in use. Frustrating because I really want to access this service
-- cams.2133, 2023-09-06

### *---- "Can’t get the app to work"
I have installed and reinstalled dozens of times. Keeps bugging out and closing
I can’t book online so only having the app which is very glitchy doesn’t make for good business because I can’t book a ride
