Not received my order
Ordered some clothes. My order status was changed to delivered after more than 10-12 days, without anything being delivered to me! Raised the case through their app. They came back to me saying because a tracking number shows delivered, we will not refund/resend… they suggested I should contact their courier service!!!
Best shopping app ever existing
Most recommended shopping app, love it. They sell so many clothes and they have almost everything. Better than any other shopping app, shein delivers to me in just 1 week, sometimes my orders come before the delivery date and that’s amazing. The clothes fit perfectly but the shoe size is hard to know online. Very pretty stuff and you can use all your points to make the price cheaper.
Won’t let me change my email
SHEIN won’t let me change my email and it’s very annoying. JUST LET ME CHANGE MY EMAIL

i have a gift card and i have been trying to upload it and i have tried EVERYTHING, and nothing is working it keeps telling me to try again in 4 hours but im in a rush to buy

Annoying Scam notices in Calendar
Calendar taken over with offers and false delivery notices and nobody from SHEIN helps
Too many notifications
Generic responses from customer service on here. It’s cut and paste to every review with no real outcome. Why support a business that clearly doesn’t give a cr*p about customers.
