Add items to order doesn’t work
Ordered some things for myself, shein suggested add some item with a free shipping and I found really nice sweater for my. But no matter what I did, I wasn’t able to apply free shipping which I was eligible for. That’s really annoyed me. Fix it or don’t suggest.

Super confusing app interface. The app got so much going on at once that it’s making me close it immediately because of stress. I bet there would be good things to buy if the app is wasn’t so confusing. Now it’s the opposite of simple.
