Loved the application and how easy was to order things, pay and deadlines if deliver were perfect until they choose SPEEDEX for courier in my area in Athens and stopped ordering because the 2 last orders never delivered to me and got a refund

Ήταν η καλύτερη εφαρμογή shopping κ έγινε η χειρότερη από τότε που συνεργάζεται με τη speedex. Όσο συνεργαζόταν με acs σε 10 μέρες είχες το δέμα τρ περίμενα κ 2 μήνες! Χάλια
Τέλος το SHEIN για μένα ,συνεργάζεται με speedex και το δέμα δεν έρχεται ποτέ.
Δεν μου ήρθε ποτέ η παραγγελία και δεν μου επιστράφηκαν τα λεφτά.
4 Ιανουαρίου μου ήρθε mail πως η παραγγελία έχει αποσταλεί και ακόμα την περιμένω.
Change that company ! I haven’t received my order a month now! Maybe is lost ! Change the delivery company!
The worst. I’m trying to speak with an assistant since 5 January and they don’t connect me with one.
I love SHEIN and it’s products. I am a nail tech from Greece and I absolutely recommend your nail products to every nail tech. All those Beautiful stickers and nail decoration products are absolutely perfect and easy to use. extremely cheap. I’ve ordered a lot of times and it took just 10 days to arrive.. but my last order is extremely delayed… and I’m so so disappointed. I’ve seen that SHEIN started new cooperation with “speedex courier”. My package seems to be in Athens since 12/29/2023.. I’ve tried plenty of times to contact with the courier company so I can see where is my package.. but they never picked up the phone.. so I had to drive to one of their stores. Where they told me.. that my package is in their warehouse and I must wait until they deliver it to me.. I’ve placed my last order at 12/08/2023 and I still haven’t got it. It’s been more than one month and I’m still waiting.. unfortunately I’m not the only one.. due to all this delay, I’m not sure if I wish to order again.. waiting so long for products I need and I’m working with is not helpful at all…
Είχα 600 και πόντους και με τον καιρό μου τους κατέβαζε χωρίς να κάνω παραγγελίες μέχρι που έφτασε στους 10!!! Έλεος 😡😡😡
