It was late, didn’t update for more than a week almost two weeks, I’m disappointed.

Apart from fake positive reviews and undelivered items. Support ignores and talks about general things not solving the problem. Also the quality of items is very bad. Jewellery breaks after one use. Clothes are from a scratchy material.

The first time ever in my life where my package takes forever to arrive and this never happened before. What’s sad that it’s pass the shipping date and it should already be here

Every time I order something it confirms it’s being processed but after few minutes it says “need refund” so basically I can not order and I have no idea why. I find actually nice things there but sadly I can’t order…..

Do not use it. Use Temu ar another normal shops. This one is cheating, not doing returns. Or doing it 1-2 months. I still waiting for my refund 2 months. Also return will be for your money. Bad service, bad organisation. Can not recommend.

Hello, I ordered some items from your website, but I didn’t like some of them, so I decided to return them. I returned items worth €58, and it has now been six months, but I still haven’t received my refund. At first, the website showed that my package had arrived, but then the status changed to: Return Received at Warehouse. This is unacceptable! Return my money!

Mielai naudojausi jūsų paslaugomis iki atsirandant „Marketplace“. Mane džiugino, kad kainos buvo nurodytos teisingai, o kartais krepšelyje jos dar sumažėdavo, nes pritaikomi kuponai. Tačiau atsiradus „Marketplace“, svarstau atsisakyti šios platformos, nes dažnai iškraipomos kainos. Pavyzdžiui, rodoma, kad tušinukas kainuoja 0,90 €, o paspaudus paaiškėja, kad tiek kainuoja kapsulės, o pats tušinukas kainuoja 3,99 €. Tai labai nemalonu. Labai norėčiau turėti galimybę visiškai paslėpti „Marketplace“ prekes, bet deja, tokio pasirinkimo nėra. Kol kas dar naudojuosi programėle, bet laikui bėgant galiu visiškai jos atsisakyti, nes ji pamažu tampa panaši į „Temu“ ar „AliExpress“, kur tenka spėlioti tikrąją prekių kainą.
