App crashing when I’ve spent ages doing my reviews taking pics and measurements losing literally everything I did the same one in full 3 times and would crash when I submit i am absolutely devastated you should pay me for my time. 😭 😭😭 (really needed the points after spending about $1000 leading up to Christmas now I miss out)
Why lie about the prices when you check out
Buying clothes that come to the total of $26.75 And when to get ready to pay it comes to the total of $60?? And shipping that doesn’t cost that much. Be accurate with pricing

Love shein, most of there clothes are decent quality some are really bad tho but the thing that’s making me write this review is about how bad they are at updating where your parcel is, weather that’s them or whoever gives updates it would be great if they could update faster

Received the wrong item
I ordered a SHEIN BAE Plus Size Women Pleated Mesh Suspender Long Dress in the colour coffee brown but got a XS two piece black set which is way off of what I ordered. I received the correct shoes but not the correct dress which is deeply disappointing. Please do better SHEIN, it doesn’t cost anything to just double check. Returning the parcel is just extra work that I don’t want to do. Disappointing.

Removed everything from my cart??
I like shein and have ordered a few times from the app before, i go on it and look most days and add to my cart but today every single thing (50+ item) was taken out of my cart, it was not even saved to my wishlist it completely glitched out and i have lost everything. Not happy.

first of all everything is horrible quality and not worth your money, second off all the place is fast fashion they enslave people and make them work in horrible conditions with probably $0.5 an hour. I made the mistake of buying from here definitely not worth it and the effect on the environment is bad. so 0 stars dont buy from here not worth it
