Been on this app for 3 years absolutely had no problems whatsoever the shipping comes eariler then it says so that’s a bonus great stuff for cheap I love it!

never and ever buy from here, no one is responding, taking too long time to deliver,very poor service, never buy, very slow process

I have mixed thoughts

I’ve ordered a few times from there, once for my formal dress and two other times for clothes I don’t have a job yet, I get a weekly allowance of $30 and save a lot of money so I can buy new clothes because I’m still growing and can’t fit a lot of my clothes anymore, the shipping takes around 1-2 weeks for me and isn’t too pricey, the quality can be a hit or miss, I’ve bought off Romwe and their clothes seem to be good as long as you follow washing instructions, however SheinMOD for me hasn’t been amazing but it all depends on what clothes you buy, size, manufacturing- etc. SHEIN is known for being fast fashion, e.g. constantly pumping out new designs to keep up with fashion trends online, however that means there’s more clothes going into landfills, if you outgrow something from SHEIN (or any store), please PLEASE donate it to a local second hand/thrift store! SHEIN is an easy way to get relatively cheap priced clothes but there are far better options to buy from that help the environment and pays their workers better. Good for convince but not for the environment.

Not scammy, but a complete waste of time

Ordered a sweater for my niece's Xmas present. She lives in London. I got a message a day after the order to say it was on hold for "security reasons". OK, I appreciate that. At least they're looking out for fraudulent card use. The link took me to a form with only one field. A file upload field with the label "transaction proof". No other detail or explanation but most people would gather that it means "show us you have this transaction in your account". So I sent a screen shot of Internet banking with the full detail of the transaction. There was no confirmation email that it had been received and when I checked my orders there is no indication there is a problem. FOUR DAYS LATER I get an email saying my order is cancelled as I haven't provided correct information. Refund appeared same day, so they aren't a scam. But they definitely don't like money and all they are doing is wasting people's time. Now I gave to find an alternative that will never get to UK in time. Never again.

As a precautionary, I am choosing only to purchase from now onwards., item’s that are not fragile that are likely to be damaged or broken during shipping as far as Shein is concerned.

Have been purchasing women’s clothes in this site for quite a while now, usually can find what I’m looking for within my buying budget., i tend to prefer a certain type of style that I think suits my taste. This site has a good extensive range of products re women’s clothes reasonably priced, I often write a review of my purchases in their site and I am rewarded with points that I use when buying new purchases., their dispatch and shipping is processed within the specified time frame!.
