Să nu mai comandați de pe SHEIN pentru ca doar fură bani. eu am comandat acuma 3 săptămâni niște haine și nici acuma nu o venit comanda este doar o Țapă

A durat teribil de mult a venit in 16 zile desi zicea ca va veni in 9-10 zile lucratoare

My order was not delivered in full, just a small part of it and the only answer I get from the customer care is to wait without any estimate delivery date. I can’t ask for e refund because I have to wait for the Shein to find the lost order, so I lost my money and no products! Very bad & annoying experience to deal with Shein customer service

i lovee this app with all my heart but i see everywhere on social media about those games and i realized its just for us/uk. Please if you could add them, just a few at least it would be appreciated. Thank youuu!!

it's the worst when it comes to parcel delivery, sometimes I can stay as a customer, for a month to receive a parcel when after placing the order it says that it will arrive in 9-11 days. that's why I gave you this review

I have been ordering from Aliexpress i lost 500$ bc the seller blocked me ,i got scammed yea.. I have ordered also from a popular brand but expensive and i recived used items😭they were really dirty and that happened to me mannnny times until i realized im tired of making returns Soooo,i have never had a problem with shein! When i ordered something its new! And perfect! Ok i know many people says that its bad quality but girl have you seen the price?😭what do you expect? I paid a lot of money for premium brands and i recived trash clothes! When i order from shein i know my order doesn’t come with a lot of quality but at least its a good price and a perfect item 😍

scammers and bad quality items

Hello everyone! I would like to share my experience with Shein. I placed an order, all good, the order arrived in ~10 days. All the items were ok, except a pair oh shoes, which arrived wrong sized. I immediately reported the problem and sent a picture with the wrong shoes, but I received the answer that there is nothing wrong with the order. I answered back and sent more pictures with the shoes, dar just then they sad that they are sorry, and that they will refund my money back. I waited, bust still nothing. I wrote back again and after all those change of words, they refunded half of the amount the shoes cost… sad for such a big company to be completely incompetent to solve a small problem like this.
