Shein courier
I used to love using Shein when the courier was buffalo but then this imlie courier is scamming us alive and after this order I don’t think I’ll ever use Shein again
No quality
Horrible material, no good product
Scam
Got scammed by the app and when I asked them to look into it they did nothing
Customer care is horrible
Don't bother ordering during holidays cause your package won't get delivered and all they care about is not wanting to give a refund. They don't even read the messages properly in customer care. They just keep sending automated messages and you get 1 reply a day.
App Crashes
When I open the app on M1 MacBook Air it gives a crash report. The app does not work.
Customs
So when you import stuff, you have to pay customs, what happens when you return items, I suppose Shein are “refunded” / deducted some of the import duty when it leaves the country do you ever get te duty back, or where does that money go
Very Happy Customer
Great app. Literally everything I own is from SHEIN. I’ve never received any problems, delays or issues with the app or the delivery companies. Great app for everything even gadgets and household items.
Complaint
Online shopping is literally the worst, I ordered pants according to the size guide even used a tape at home every thing was extremely big, customs are very expensive now . No more online shopping 😭💔
Worst place ever
If I could give no stars i would. Don’t ever buy from them. After being a loyal customer for so long. I ordered things only to have six missing items. Nobody helps in customer service, all I get told is to check package carefully after I did several times. NEVER AGAIN.
