They tricked me about sone coupons

I ordered 6 bags from SHEIN and was extremely disappointed with what I received. All of them are made from very cheap materials – they feel more like thin cloth than actual bags. The photos on the website were completely misleading. These bags have no structure, no quality, and definitely not worth the price. I expected at least decent quality for casual use, but these are not usable at all. I won’t be ordering bags from SHEIN again.

Deleting the app. Because too much taxes been charged. Even after been paid for shipping. Temu is free shipping.

I ordered my package and it took 3 weeks but still i did not get my package. Uttet liers . Blaming customers by putting estimated time . Completely dissapointed . And useless of keeping this app gonna delete it🤬

I have been ordering from Shein for years and have received countless damaged products over time. Most of these I have ignored, as returning them is often a hassle. Initially, I ordered from SheinAsia, but since migrating to New Zealand, I have been ordering from Shein NZ. I was relieved when I had the opportunity to use Shein's live chat feature, especially after receiving many damaged goods, which I reported with evidence in order to receive a refund. However, recently Shein removed the live chat option from my account. When I inquired about it, I received a response stating that Shein randomly assigns the live chat feature to certain accounts, which felt like a dismissive and unhelpful reply. As a result, I submitted a ticket regarding the damaged goods I received. The response I got was that I needed to return the items, even though they were clearly beyond repair. Many of my packages have arrived damaged as well, meaning I would have to go the extra mile to pack and return these items, which would inevitably end up in a landfill. As a loyal customer, I am deeply disappointed with the customer service I have received and have decided to stop shopping from Shein once and for all.

I love the app! clothes are very quality same as the pictures but in Sri Lanka we have to pay adding tax..So our total paying amount is very high. 💔

It says only to share the link with our friends to receive 10 gifts … and reduce to zero yen every time our friends support us by downloading the app .. once we think it’s done it’s not done .. later we should collect 10 stars by making more ppl to download the app and then I realize it’s not to 10 ppl as the point form reduces by 0.00 way and u never win .. such scam … good job by SHEIN to cheat ppl and get more ppl download their app 🙄💣

We need dark mode on SHEIN app

I get all my orders on the time mentioned when we order it! I love the materials and everything but some are cheap qualities so pls check the comments and order it! Overall love the items and they are cheaper!
