Ordering experience
I ordered a big package 82 items, after waiting for 3 weeks and half they cancelled it… I ordered again because I still had some trust in them, again the same 82 items but I received only 37… so 45 items missing and I kept the package label which shows (37 only) they denied and said “check again” I paid a big amount for nothing. No respect for the customer, no follow up, no any compensation. Very disappointed, last time I’ll use this app, many other apps are better 👎🏻

للاسفسيئ جدا تعاملهم. للاسف من شهر اخذو فلوسي ولم يتم تسليم اي طلبيه وحاولت ان استرجع المال للاسف يرفضون ولا يحاولون حل المشكله وماعندهم اي مصداقيه. يكتبون ان تم فشل التسليم بسبب ان العنوان. خطاء كل شي صحيح. رقم عنوان. كل شي شركات الشحن الي يتعلملون معاها سيئه جدا جدا. وصعب الوصول لها والموظفين في شي ان لا يساعدون بل يطلبون انت تساعد نفسك وتتصل علي شركة الشحن. تجربه سيئه

They are scamming . They dont refund once u return the items . i Wid give 0 star if there was such option
CUSTOMER SERVICE REFUND SCAM
I’m honestly very disappointed. I ordered a total of 11 items, but only 8 were delivered. I even have a clear unboxing video as proof showing that 3 items were missing, yet shein team keeps insisting that the parcel was “completely packed.” How is that possible when I literally have the video evidence? This is scam. They dismissed you with the same generic response. Terrible customer service — no accountability at all!!
