Cheap Quality
Cheap stuff comes with cheap quality. They’re are even selling many items to UK buyers with no return no exchange policy which is against basic consumer rights. App is full of scam games and time wasting. You better spend couple of quids extra to get reasonable item. Once bought from SHein then its not very easy to return and item will be of maximum 50% in terms of quality shown. Never recommend. They’re just exploiting the consumers with words Sale, Cheap, %off, etc. and buyers paying attention to them due to inflation and increase in cost of living. Eventually they realise after spending and receiving items that they have been scammed by buying ultra low quality items. Pathetic customer support means no support whatsoever.
Unethical app and not very useful
Uses child labour to produce their items and takes advantages of poorer countries. Also terrible customer service, when I went to customer support it kept telling me to call a number, but then when i called it, it kept telling me to go back to the customer support and back and forth. I haven’t recieved my order yet and i’ve been waiting 4 months. The order is worth £200. Also, when you checkout some of the item’s prices increase rather than what the app told you it’s price was.
Prices lie?
Wish the app would stop showing me an ‘estimated price’ which is wayyyy lower than when I go to check out. Really off putting when shopping :(

Customer service and price
I really love to buy from SHEIN but the problem is that when I want to buy something the price is suitable, but when I put it in the basket the price changes and becomes higher. I don't know how they calculate it. I tried to reclaim but no one answered me I want to talk to someone to explain to me unfortunately they don't answer 😤 The robot answers 😠

SHEIN has a lot of amount of clothes and cheap but what they will do is say if you buy this much stuff then you’ll get a prize of £200 worth of clothes and stuff so I fell for it and bought the clothes and never got the free clothes
