What's the point of having an agent but no actual live rep to speak with. Can't even put in for assistance on an order that was delivered but never received. Stay far away from this app and company. They make it very difficult to get any type of assistance.

I’ve bought off of shein a lot and it’s a great app but recently someone somehow got into my account, I found this out because there was multiple things in my cart which I didn’t put in for example this bracelet for soccer which I don’t play soccer and another bracelet that said “what would Jesus do” and I’m not Christian so i don’t know how that got into there. There was also an email put on my account that wasn’t mine and I didn’t put an email on that account. The person that logged into my account they probably didn’t know what they were doing but they now have my PayPal information and my address. I’ve tried getting rid of all my information on that account and I logged back into it to see if it was there and my information was still there. I have no idea what to do and the help center doesn’t answer this so what should I do?
Only got half of my first order. No refund. No customer service response. I gave up and deleted the app.
To be honest, I don't know about the rest of you, but shein has the greatest, most amazing things. Not only that, but you can save money by purchasing from shein, and the quality is also excellent. Personally, I enjoy making purchases on Shein.
Shein.. .Y’all must be stopped!! Y’all sell and offer a wide variety of clothes for each and every aesthetic out there, and it’s costing me MONEY!😭 I can’t stop buying from this store!! I love Shein! It’s one of the only reasons I can always get (new) cute clothes for cheap!! And yea, some people might complain about the “quality”, but take a step back and realize that this is not LV or MK clothing.. . It’s SHEIN. And you can find “cheap” quality clothing anywhere. I personally have not had any problems with quality when it comes to shein. And I don’t have any issues with finding clothes that fit me, and help me express myself. So glad this app exists❤️
It seems I’m having the same problems every one else is having. I’ve tried every “win x amount of dollars if you share” but never getting the rewards.
they have check ins to get points which equals cash cents usally but they have deals if you check in for a week straight or 30 days straight you can get up to 30$ sometimes they offer 40 or more if i remember correctly. twice already they have cheated me out of my points bonus today was my 30 day check in,supposed to get a chance at a lot of money and a discount. sent me right back to day one with absolutely nothing. And there’s no way to reach customer service for help for this issue i wonder how much money they have cheated out customers doing this it’s ridiculous. Because i know i’m not the only one
