App won’t work with VPN
This app won’t even let you sign in if you use a VPN. Then is wants to make me do captchas just to save on gas. Not cool shell. Fix it!

Every other day I can’t use my digital E giftcard because it says purchase limit exceeded when I have money on the card.
Doesn’t do anything

The worst
Worst gas app out there. You have to download two separate apps. Makes you sign in again every time you pump, with a slow frustrating sign in process including silly captcha pictures you can barely see, all while the gas attendant waits and the libe behind you grows. I guess they haven’t heard of Face ID at Shell yet. I have avoided Shell for years just because how unfriendly they user interface is, but now the competing gas station across the street is closed for repairs. It would be probably faster to drive a couple of miles out of my way to get us up. The person over seeing the development of this app should be fired.

won’t take my login but will on laptop
Scam
It won’t charge your electric car, but it will charge you money for no services, sell your info, and waste your time.
App doesn’t allow me to type in my password fully without restarting me back at the beginning.
It seems the application is broken.
Keep signing you out
Ever since the latest update and merging with FF, the app been horrible. It signs you out and it takes 5 minute to log back in. SMH
Can’t log-in after changing password
I have a new phone and got the app and it was working fine. When I went to use it again. It had me do all this extra steps then it said I couldn’t log cause my password was incorrect. So I changed my password and tried to sign in again with new password and it still said my password was incorrect… I probably changed the password twice and still wouldn’t log me in!!!

The app won’t let me reset my password it doesn’t send link to reset it to my Gmail. Total disappointment.
