Ik mis de mogelijkheid om ook tank kaarten te kunnen koppelen van Network Fleet Card arval BNP PARIBAS GROUP voor in app om zo de maximale uit de app en tijdens het tanken uit te halen (denk maar aan contactloos betalen, tanken dat de gegevens verwerkt bij het uitstappen en instappen van de auto om zo extra tijd te besparen, automatisch punten sparen ipv telkens de bar code te moeten scannen) ?!

Hopelijk wordt hier iets mee gedaan en nemen andere tankstations dit systeem misschien ook wel zo over!

Alsmaar pech!!! Mijn handvat slaagt telkens neer alsook is er mij al 2x een bedrag van ongeveer 20€. Meer afgehouden dan voorzien op de tanker en ticket!!!! Ik zal er zeker mee terug komen daar het al om een bedrag gaat van 40€.! Heb deze elders nooit meegemaakt!!!!

Je ne me suis pas inscrit par ce que la possibilité de se connecter avec Apple ID manque (sign in with Apple). Suite à cela je ne veux pas utiliser l’application et je l’ai désinstallé.

Tout d’abord, lors de la création de compte lorsque j’ai reçu l’e-mail de confirmation de compte l’application ne faisait rien il restait sur la même page avec écrit vérifier votre boîte mail. 

Ensuite, après avoir fermé l’application puis l’avoir réouvert pour me connecter, cette fois,  je rentre mon identifiant et mot de passe et la je n’appuie même pas encore sur le bouton se connecter que la page devient blanche avec un petit carré en haut au centre.

Donc finalement, la seule solution qu’il me reste c’est d’aller sur le site me connecter à chaque fois parce que le site est génial et se déconnecte automatiquement (après lui fonctionne plus où moins comparé à l’application) pour pouvoir utiliser ma carte de fidélité. 

C’est honteux pour une entreprise multimilliardaire de ne pas savoir faire une application aussi simple que celle-ci.

SAV absent, impossible d’avoir quelqu’un au téléphone ni par chat. J’ai donné mon mail plusieurs fois comme demande pour faire part d’un problème, mais n ne m’a jamais répondu en l’espace de 2 mois…
J’ai échangé 500 points pour un bon IKEA qui n’est pas valide et personne ne m’aide …

Le Scan du code bar marche une fois sur 10, après avoir jouer avec son téléphone pendant 5 minutes !!!! Déjà comment est-il possible de faire un code bar si fin !! Le faire d’une hauteur beaucoup plus grande n’est quand même pas compliqué ???? Incompréhensible

### **--- "La plupart des scanners ne fonctionnent pas"
L’idée est bonne mais dans la majorité des cas le scanner (semblant de fonctionner) ne scanne pas. On se retrouve à tourner son téléphone dans tous les dens mais ca ne prend que rarement . Je me demande si ca ne fait pas partie de la stratégie. Comment c’est possible qu’une des sociétés les plus riches au monde (surtout en crise actuelle) n’est pas capable d'équiper ses stations de scanners plus performants… 
Pas très bonne pub franchement, ca donne envie aller chez la concurrence…
