An der Tankstelle VPower Smart Deal abgeschlossen… Extra gefragt ob das ein Abo ist und ob man die Karte in der App einscannen kann! Die Antwort war, es ist definitiv kein Abo und man kann es ohne Probleme in der App einscannen! Und nun?… Ja, man kann die Karte in der App einscannen, aber um sie zu aktivieren, wird man verpflichtet eine Zahlungsart anzugeben für die folgenden Abbuchungen nach Ablauf der zwölf Monate… und schon ist man definitiv doch in einem Abo! jetzt haben wir das halt gemacht, um die Karte in der App aktivieren zu können… Nun findet man aber keine Möglichkeit, dieses Abo vorzeitig zu kündigen oder die Zahlungsart wieder zu entfernen! Alles sehr versteckt und Mega unübersichtlich! Wir überlegen jetzt das Konto einfach wieder zu löschen, wissen aber nicht, ob dann dieses furchtbare Abo bestehen bleibt! Wirkt alles nicht sehr offen und kundenfreundlich! Nie wieder!
In der App speziell kann man viele Sachen, die eigentlich wichtig sind, nicht finden… Dazu muss man dann die Homepage besuchen! Dafür wurde in der App aber sehr viel Platz mit Werbung und völlig unwichtigen Informationen verschleudert!

Seit etwa 4 Wochen werden wieder keine Punkte gutgeschrieben. Damit ist die app völlig unbrauchbar.

### *---- "Katastrophales benutzerunfreundliches Fehlerhandling - App nicht nutzbar"
Im Juli hatte ich mich registriert und kurze Zeit später konnte ich die App schon nicht mehr verwenden. Nach dem Login erscheint nur: „Hoppla“. Keine Fehlermeldung, nichts. Da es nach Monaten und einigen Updates immer noch nicht geht, versuchte ich mich auf der Webseite einzuloggen. Dort erscheint die Meldung, mein Benutzerkonto sei dauerhaft gesperrt und ich solle mich an ein CSC wenden - was auch immer das sein soll, denn diese Abkürzung kenne ich nicht (weder Link noch Mailadresse war angegeben). 
Dann verwende ich euren Müll eben nicht und tanke künftig woanders, wenn Shell offensichtlich kein benutzerfreundlich aussagefähiges Fehlerhandling umsetzen kann. Den Tankrabatt konnte ich damit einige Male nicht bekommen, weil Ihre Programmierer unfähig sind.
