When I tried to order some things from the app I was going back and forth to browser writing my cove again and again. Extremely bad experience. I expect much better apps from “big” companies. No respect for the customer.

Απατεώνες με το Α κεφάλαιο . Δεν υπάρχει καμία συσχέτιση πόντων με ευρώ στις αγορές . Μπορεί κάτι να έχει την ίδια τιμή σε ευρώ αλλά διαφορά 2000 πόντων . Οι προσφορές είναι για κλάμματα  αυξάνουν τους πόντους στο θεό. Για να πάρεις κάτι πίσω των 20 ευρώ πρέπει να έχεις βάλει καύσιμα 8500 ευρώ σε λίτρα απλής βενζίνης . Έτσι φέρνετε  πελάτες ;

Θα μπορούσε να είναι λίγο πιο straight forward εφαρμογή… θα την χαρακτηρίσω καλή μέχρι εκεί.
 Θεωρώ απαράδεκτο να μη μπορεί να περάσει η κάρτα στο Apple wallet. Δηλαδή να πρέπει να ανοίξεις την εφαρμογή για βρεις την κάρτα.
Αν και εφόσον προστεθεί η λειτουργία αυτή το συζητάμε για ένα αστέρι ακόμα.

Έχω παραγγείλει ένα προϊόν το Μάιο το οποίο ήτανε ελαττωματικό ζήτησα να γίνει επιστροφή χρημάτων ή έστω σε κάποιο μορφή κουπονιού κάτι το οποίο από το Μάιο τηλέφωνο σχεδόν κάθε βδομάδα και με κοροϊδεύουνε ότι διερευνάται το θέμα και ότι θα μου επιστραφούν τα χρήματα η εταιρεία είναι μία απάτη προσοχή στους υπόλοιπους κρίμας γιατί ήμουνα πελάτης και της she’llΕδώ και 30 χρόνια και τους έχω δώσει πάρα πολλά χρήματα και δυστυχώς η αντιμετώπιση απέναντι μου είναι λίαν επιεικώς απαράδεκτη λυπάμαι πολύ ελπίζω να μην την πατήσει άλλος κόσμος😡

Η εφαρμογή είναι απαράδεκτη. Ξεκίνησε υποτίθεται και το allSpin. Μπαρούφες. Είναι απατεώνες λέμε! Πήρα και τηλέφωνο στην εξυπηρέτηση του allSmart και μου είπαν ότι έχει ξεκινήσει κανονικά το allSpin και να ξανακατεβάσω την εφαρμογή κλπ. Τα έκανα όλα, το τσέκαρα και με γνωστούς μου και σε όλους, όταν πατάνε εκεί που λέει allSpin, γράφει "Κάτι νέο έρχεται! Μείνετε συντονισμένοι". Ξεφτίλα πραγματικά. Είναι η πιο ακριβή εταιρία καυσίμων και για να προσελκύσουν κόσμο, κάνουν ψεύτικες προωθητικές ενέργειες!
