Still have credits in my account but unsure what else I can do. -- Kenka208, 2024-05-09 ### *---- "Unreliable and clueless with my Shell Recharge package from PML" My EV came with a complimentary 3 year Shell Recharge program or up to 10,000 kWh usage. However, it is challenging tracking my usage to-date and Shell Recharge is also not able to advise on my usage to-date. In addition, my supposed free credits for usage at Shell recharge station frequently fail to work and as a result, I end up having to pay for the charge. This is very annoying as having to interact with the call center is really a pain as the CSO are mostly clueless and unhelpful. Always a pain to get them to reinstate the wrongly deducted monies back to my wallet and had to get PML to be involved.
