## Shell Recharge India Reviews in India

### *---- "Worst customer support and oayment issues"
Trying to add balance in the wallet and 3 times i have made transactions and still amount is not getting reflected in shell wallet, contacted customer care and they don’t have any solution for that and telling me to wait until it gets updated on it’s own and it’s 1:20 am in the morning waiting to reflect the balance in wallet

Such an irresponsible customer support and there is no other option to charge with offline payments as well in the stations
-- sreedhar ra, 2025-11-22

### *---- "Money loader app"
It’s extremely disappointing to use this app. I have to use 100% option for charge to start and I have to ensure I have to keep 100% balance as minimum, but why? Why can I not choose how much I want to charge. This took 40 mins for the app to charge and it wasted my time.
-- Vava339922, 2025-11-09

### ****- "Please add newly launched vinfast cars vf6 & vf7 in the app under vehicles"
The app works very well
-- Karthik Nischal, 2025-10-16

### *---- "Worthless Connectivity"
Totally utter useless grid for 3.3KWs in exterior Bangalore city , none works , contacted shell customer service to solve the issue else refund my amount , no sign of response .

### *---- "Worst app"
Being a technology company did not expect below par application, the wallets doesn’t even show up consistently. Amazon pay doesn’t show in the list but always appears a pop up of Amazon pay offer.
-- gurudathg, 2025-03-28

### *---- "fraud app - stealing money"
app advertises subscription plan which are not clear and they don’t have a means to cancel or upgrade the subscription. support team is very unprofessional and do not care about customer.

app experience is very bad.

price is very high compared to other apps, please use statiq or zeon.
-- Anikethana Murthy, 2025-01-04

### ***-- "Need more improvement"
While you are in the city, it is good. But if you plan a trip, there should be an option to see the charging stations on the route.
I recently used JIO bp pulse app and they have that option which makes it much more convenient for an user to opt for the services. Also there is no integration with Apple maps. One should have google maps in the phone to get the location. That should also taken care of.
-- Var36, 2024-12-16

### *---- "Useless App. Not loading on iOS"
App doesn’t load on ios. Absolutely useless
-- Oppopppo@₹5284/, 2024-10-31

### *---- "Unable to open the app after login"
In iOS versions 18, 18.0.1 or above the app screen goes blank after logging in.
-- Nidhi Mahendrakar, 2024-10-30

### *---- "Shell recharge app don’t open"
While charging the car in Bangalore , there was a power cut and the vehicle charging stopped, from then I was not able to stop the charging in the app and from then the app don’t open with my login.
-- zulfikar ahmed, 2024-10-22

### *---- "Without phone number it’s useless- Don’t download"
I used shell recharge app in other countries where experience was smooth and they never asked my phone number for tracking. Just Shell Recharge India needs phone number for spamming customers
-- Quwuwiwii, 2024-04-03

### **--- "How much does it cost ?"
App gives every detail except what a customer will be charged on using the service 🤣
-- Shweta.k, 2023-05-31

### *---- "Chargers not functional"
None of their chargers are functional
-- bue0006, 2023-03-29

### ***-- "Unable to open App"
After recent update today 10th February 2023, app isn’t opening in iOS. Please check on priority.
-- SumitJadhav, 2023-02-10

### ***** "Best"
Good app. Loved the UI. And user friendly for ev owners.
-- ev_owner, 2022-10-20

### ****- "App looks good. Nice work by dev.."
App looks good. Nice work by dev..
Two feedback:
1. Customer review added images are not selectable to big size on station detail page.
2. When user tapped on to the direction link from station detail page. It won’t pick the user current location automatically to show the direction. User need to add source location explicitly. It should pick user current location as user already given the location permission to app.
