The app fails to reload with new discount barcode even days after. One may have to switch off/on the device to reload and make it work

Viva employees were told to stop using the physical card for our staff fuel discount, and instead we have to use the app. But the app only works half the time, if you’re lucky?! I’ve missed out on the staff discount we’re entitled to a number of times now, and my queries to the app providers have gone nowhere. And yet we’re not allowed to use a physical card that isn’t reliant on internet/phone/app performance? Extremely poor. Sort these issues out before you mandate for Viva employees to use it.

App desperately needs to be updated as it never loads anymore.

This app is useless ,doesn’t work so you can’t save the extra 4cents on your fuel ,

This app must have been built by a clueless app developer. You can’t even select from the drop menu to say what company you’re from when trying to register. It’s slow and buggy. A multi billionaire company, please invest in some proper web app professionals

Why oh why do we need to login every time to use the app, then having to change password often. Seems like Shell really do not want us to get the discount easily…

This must have been designed by a beginner developer… not only does the app take ages to load but the backend scan takes longer than standing in the queue waiting to pay… and it only works half the time

You forced users to download replacement app. Cannot login to new app and password reset doesn’t work as says I got password wrong - which is exactly why I am trying to change it!! Terrible user experience

New version app downloaded but not accepting username and password credentials. Emailed support- no response. Even the reset password link is not working. Very poor transition!!!
