## Shelly Home Description
Mit dieser Anwendung können sie Shelly Smart Home Geräte einrichten und steuern.

Die Anwendung kann sich mit der Shelly Cloud über ein Shelly Nutzerkonto verbinden. Alle vorhandenen Funktionen, können jedoch auch komplett ohne Internetanbindung genutzt werden.

Befindet man sich im lokalen Netz, so wird direkt mit den Geräten kommuniziert. Außerhalb des lokalen Netzwerkes geschieht dies über ein Shelly Nutzerkonto.

Es lassen sich Updates mühelos über das Smartphone auf die Shelly Geräte verteilen. Hierfür benötigen diese nicht einmal eine Internetverbindung.

Dies ist ein privates Projekt und wird so gut es geht von mir weiterentwickelt und verbessert. Da ich nicht alle Shelly Geräte besitze werden einige hier nicht unterstützt.

Über konstruktives Feedback und Anregungen freue ich mich sehr.

Mit gefällt die App an sich richtig gut. Leider wird sie nicht mehr gepflegt und die neuen Shelly-Produkte (z.B. RGBW2) funktionieren nicht mehr vollständig.

Eigentlich unterstütze ich kleinere Apps sehr gern, in diesem Fall muss ich mich leider fragen, warum man als Minimum einen Stern vergeben muss…

Nach dem Kauf eines Shelly Outdoor Plug S Gen 3 wollte ich diese App ausprobieren. Die App hat (im Gegensatz zur Original-Shelly App) den Stecker nicht erkannt. Stattdessen kam die Meldung, es sei ein unbekanntes Gerät entdeckt worden mit der Bitte, per Mail mit dem App-Entwickler Kontakt aufzunehmen. Genau dies tat ich mit der Daten meines neu gekauften Steckers und mit der für die App unbekannten ID. Nach einer Woche erfolgte immer noch keine Reaktion des Entwicklers. Damit ist das Thema für mich erledigt. Für mich ist eine App nutzlos, die keine neuen Geräte erkennt und hinter der ein Support steckt, der Anfragen ignoriert. 
Die App werde ich jetzt löschen und diese Bewertung werde ich nicht mehr anpassen. Sorry…

Habe mit dieser App 21 vorhandene Shellys 2.5 eingebunden. Das Ergebnis war ein Disaster. Sämtliche Eigenschaften und Zeiten zum Öffnen und schließen  waren dahin. So erschien zum Beispiel die Rollladen Steuerung als zwei separate  shellys.
Ich kann diese App definitiv nicht empfehlen.

Diese App benutze ich nun seit Jahren und zwar schon aus dem einen wichtigen Grund, dass man hier keine Anmeldedaten braucht, wie bei der Hauseigenen Shelly App. Das ist ja gerade der Vorteil der Shellys das man keinen Fremdanbieter braucht und alles lokal betreiben kann! Und das geht mit dieser App auf nem iOS Gerät. Ansonsten tut die App was es soll und das for free … schon dafür muss man doch 5 Sterne geben. Danke dafür! 

Vielleicht eine Idee, die andere Apps auch nicht haben und ich weiß, dass das ein Freizeitprodukt ist, aber vielleicht ist das ja was. 
Ich habe mir nämlich neben dieser App noch eine WebApp gebaut, um Zeitpläne schnell an- und auszuschalten. Sehr praktisch, wenn man automatisierte Gartenwassersteuerungen hat (bei Regen easy ausschalten), Lichter automatisiert schalten will (wenn man im Urlaub ist, schnell einschalten) und auch bestimmte Rollläden am automatischen Öffnen hindern, wenn man nicht daheim ist. 
Neben einzelnen Shellies kann man das auch gleich für Räume oder Gruppen mit einem Klick machen. Schedules on/off.
Wie gesagt, hat keiner und ist super praktisch, aber ich weiß es kostet viel Zeit. Selbst nur für Shelly 1 und 2 in den verschiednen Versionen/Generationen und den verschiedenen Firmwares 🙁

### ***-- "Kostenlos top, einbinden Flop"
Eine App ohne Cloud Zwang, das hat mich überzeugt. Es scheint auch alles übersichtlich zu sein. Leider funktioniert die App nicht mit den neuen Shelly HT G3. Die App bleibt hängen bei „Einstellungen übertragen“ auch wenn der Shelly im Hintergrund offline geht. Eigentlich möchte ich weg von HomeKit aber Shelly überzeugt mich so auch noch nicht. Jetzt muss ich schauen ob ich doch die Cloud brauche um das Spielzeug zum laufen zu bekommen, kein guter Start für Shelly insgesamt.

(Ursprüngliche Rezension gelöscht, weil zunächst nicht verstanden, was beim ersten Ausprobieren passiert ist.)
Beim ersten Verbinden zum Shelly wurde das Profil gesetzt und damit das Shelly komplett zurückgesetzt. Hier wäre eine Warnmeldung hilfreich gewesen. Meine sehr umfangreiche Konfiguration, die ich mit der App auf andere Shellies kopieren wollte war plötzlich weg. 
Anschließend war mir jedenfalls nicht ersichtlich, was man mit der App tun könnte. Ich habe keine weitere Interaktionsmöglichkeit mit den Shellies gefunden. Vielleicht habe ich zu früh aufgegeben, aber nach der ersten halben Stunde rumprobieren gab es keine Funktion, die einen Mehrwert gebracht hat.

Ich war eigentlich mit dem App sehr zufrieden. Aber seit dem letzten Update lässt sich das Programm nicht mehr starten und bleibt im Startbildschirm hängen.

Ich habe die App seit einigen Jahren im Einsatz mit den „normalen“ Shellys. Bei der aktuellen Renovierung habe ich auf Shelly Pro gesetzt und diese werden leider nicht erkannt. Da ich nicht in die Cloud möchte, war diese App immer eine tolle Alternative. Schade.
