Really good SSH client
I really enjoy the shortcuts feature and also among the few ssh clients on iOS that supports somewhat modern key exchanges and cipher suites. This is a really good bonus.

Hide keyboard by tapping screen. That should be mentioned somewhere, almost gave up before stumbling upon that. Pinch to resize and swipe arrows are nice. All in all, it’s good, especially compared to some of the other (terrible) ssh clients. And very tiny size & older iOS support is super! The connection does drop immediately when even going to iOS home screen. Could use PgUp/PgDown keys, it’s implied I could customize a toolbar or gesture but don’t know how. PS. it says location is used to keep the connection alive longer (in paid version), because iOS apparently...? Haven’t tested that
Good feedback from dev to support external displays and split views. I go between this app and Blink shell and use them daily.
I find I can check on all my hosts and their processes. I can check for errors, failures, processes taking too much disk space etc. I quickly have access to all my drives and copy it to places inside the home security and then send it out into the world. Quick access when needed. Just need to take the time to change some setting on my router-modem for port forwarding, then I can access things from anywhere in the world that has internet.
I've tried a few other SSH apps, this one's got better features and a good design. Also a one-time fee, not a stupid subscription. I'd recommend it if I knew anyone who needed it.
Found it odd that it required location access. Removed it for now.
I have an iphone se - small screen - and shelly is perfect for my needs - 1 update or reboot my headless media server 2 reboot my AP when needed and 3 verify my vpn gateway. Saves my server address 👍 so convenient. 1 add at startup - acceptable 🏄🏻♀️ Super job!!!
Love that it remembers my SSH logins and stays active in the background using location services.
Found out by trial and error: short tap + long tap toggles keyboard.
I found it very difficult to perform the simple task of exporting the generated public key to the clipboard. Given the prominence of creating the key in the first place, why is it so difficult to find the "Export Public Key" function?
