it has a major limitation: it doesn’t support usage overseas. For frequent travelers, this is frustrating because access to content stops the moment you leave your home country.

The company should strongly consider allowing downloaded content to remain accessible abroad or at least provide a 15‑day overseas usage window. This would make the app far more practical for international users and show that the company values flexibility and customer convenience.

Until this issue is addressed, feels incomplete for anyone who travels regularly.

### *---- "No Sound Issue on Shemaroo App on Sony Bravia TV"
On my Sony Bravia TV, all other OTT apps are working perfectly and sound is coming normally. However, in the Shemaroo app there is no sound at all. The entire app is mute. I have checked all TV and app audio settings, and everything is set correctly. This issue seems to be only with the Shemaroo app. Please fix this sound problem as the app is unusable without audio.
