Nice to have an app, but you have to log out every time you want to get update on a call.  If you go into a call and then dispatch adds more details, you have to log all the way out of the app then log back in to get the new info.  Should update in realtime with out the need to always log in and out

Clipping to my clipboard after scanning no longer works after the update. It doesn’t show up on my computer.

You can’t see what your call is, address or person’s information. The app only shows you the nature of the call. We switched from Omnigo to Tyler a few months ago and I really miss Omnigo. As a supervisor, I can’t see what all my guys are on when I’m away from my computer. If there is a way to fix this issue, I would be happy to know.
