Really with I could search by city, or even company, doesn’t seem like that would be hard to add in. Also would love it if we could favourite shifts so it was easy to go back to shifts in thinking about taking. Also would be nice to be able to message through the app before applying for a shift. We can find an email through the companies website but direct messaging would be easier. Also still no easy to print yearly summary for tax purposes that all users need. Biggest complaint is payment info. Can’t be uploaded and so I have three outstanding shifts I haven’t been paid for which is so frustrating. You email them to do it for you and they don’t respond. There are so many bugs that it deters me from using the app. With every update they add new features and fix one bug but 3 new bugs appear. It's like they don't test the updates before releasing them. The calender function doesn't work half the time and has not been fixed with the last 3 updates. The load times are long. The UX design is not intuitive. If you press the x to exit a posting, it returns you to the original date you selected on the calender instead of the one you had scrolled down to. But if you slide out of it it doesn't. The tech team needs to be changed. Pharmacies cannot decline a bid, or vice versa which seems like a basic mandatory function. After hearing from a relief pharmacist that this is also for pharmacy assistants, I immediately signed up and if it wasn’t for her help guiding me through the tricks to get myself registered (like inputting 00000 as my licensing number since I don’t have one, and the school I go to) I was able to get signed up as since I’m an assistant, they don’t need any of that anyways as I’m not a tech or pharmacist. My work did layoffs a week after so it was perfect timing having myself signed up and took 2 days for my account to get approved. I picked up a shift the following week and already worked 2 shifts at this location near my house and this is a nice experience to network and get yourself out there! Payment for the shift I worked was deposited via direct deposit in under 2 days and so far, been seeing a few shifts posted on the roster up for grabs. Have three more shifts I’ve signed up for and I’m honestly grateful for this app. I had a huge change of events recently that impacted my financial situation greatly and the stress of losing my former job with layoffs and the thought of having to apply to a new job has been lifted immensely thanks to this app. I love the causality of picking up a shift rather than a set schedule as I’m a college student and some weeks I have last minute free days that can be filled helping a pharmacy out as a relief assistant.
