The app keeps crashing,I I updated,reinstalled,unfortunately it keep asking to retry.

This app hands down wins the award for the most glitchy worst app I’ve ever used, it’s like it’s in beta testing but they never fix the problems. in order to get anything done you need to close out the app and reopen it at least 3 times to get it to load the available shifts. Wildly annoying to use, I’d say I don’t recommend the app but there’s really no choice here.

I have: 
1) Deleted and reinstalled the app 
2) Updated my iPhone to the latest version 
3) Restarted my whole phone and then reinstalled the app 

 I haven’t received any notifications from this app since July 15th, 2024. Whatever shifts that are uploaded to the app won’t load until 2 hours later when most, if not all, of the shifts have already been picked up by the time they are loaded within my app. I’ve emailed Aya multiple times at this point since July 15th, 2024. So far I have talked to (in order) an associate team manager, a customer support representative and currently an application support analyst II. They claimed to have tried resetting my shifts app registration. They have asked for screenshots of proof. They have claimed to run a test notification from the shifts app, which ended up failing and to this day, still can’t get any notifications from the app. They finally told me they’ll email me back today to update me with a workaround or resolution. They drop their next round of shifts on August 19th, 2024 (the third Monday of the month). I’m worried I won’t be able to pick up any shifts. I’m scared that because they keep giving me the runaround, they won’t actually care. I mean why would they, they don’t have to depend on picking up shifts for their income and livelihood. I have been using the App for two years and one thing for sure is that the notifications settings mean nothing! Some times they work but the latest update messed with it completely. No notifications whatsoever despite electing to receive all notifications. I deleted and reinstalled the app but nothing!

### *---- "One of the worst apps l’ve ever used"
This Shifts app is a piece of garbage. Half of the time when it actually works, it is slow and unstable. The other half of the time, it just doesn’t work, period. 
As nurses, our time is very valuable and having an app like this that you have to be fiddling with to finally make it work (not after enough time and work opportunities have been lost), it’s just so frustrating and inefficient.
I can’t believe a company as big as this one can’t invest into improving it.

This app is completely frustrating. I get notifications to book that I can never get the app to show available shifts. It just idols and idols, and by the time it works, the shifts are all taken. I have tried updating. I have tried deleting the app and reinstalling but nothing ever changes. It’s really unfortunate because I do need to work, but I rarely ever get access.
