I scheduled a shift in Temple, Texas, accepted it, and confirmed it. I was then removed from the shift without any explanation. This is extremely concerning and makes me question why I was removed after already being accepted and confirmed. Without a legitimate explanation, I’m left wondering whether discrimination, including the color of my skin, played a role in this decision. It is very disappointing to feel that workers may be picked and chosen even after shifts have already been confirmed. I am requesting a clear explanation for why I was removed from this shift, who made the decision, and what policy allows a confirmed worker to be removed without being given a reason. I would also like this incident documented and reviewed. -- GottaWinOneTime, 2026-09-12 ### *---- "scam" a scam -- Dell4499, 2026-09-12 ### ***** "Clutch" I lost my job and i’ve been having a hard time to finding work. Shiftsmart has been keeping me up float. -- panda420yx, 2026-09-12 ### *---- "Not been paid" I worked an hour and half long midday clean shift on 9/11/26 I completed all tasks even took the pictures to prove I had completed all tasks I wait and wait for a few hours then I reach out to Shiftsmart about why I hadn’t been paid and they told me there was a problem with something having to do with the tasks / pictures and it was under review I am still waiting for the funds which have yet to be released 24hours later Shiftsmart needs to either fix their app and the photo uploaded or something because I like most other people do not/will work for free -- Mr14karatgold, 2026-09-12 ### *---- "Bad business practices" Confirmed a shift showed up it canceled refused to pay for showing up then was a trying to get to another shift that was flexible start time and it canceled after riding a bike 17 miles -- Here4u269, 2026-09-12 ### ***** "Shifts smart" It’s good just they have so many shifts that you can do it’s fun at times just get paid the same day -- Jazzy 664, 2026-09-12 ### *---- "BS OFFERS" Offers are as if you are undocumented or something -- T3xan3, 2026-09-11 ### *---- "The app or a scam" I put in all my personal information and nothing appears on the shifts. Absolutely nothing. They say they will delete my profile or my request. Let’s see how that goes. Good luck don’t use this. They have your information and keep it. -- SuperMrDaisy, 2026-09-11 ### ***** "Phenomenal" This app is honestly I think most places should do this because if you’re a good area, good store good customers it’s taken care of people will come and work in this way. If they have a bad experience, they don’t have to come back they can go to a different store. The flexibility is mad crazy the pay is almost better than if you got hired in at the companies and the money is instant This should be like a regular way of working honestly -- Mr.GettingEven, 2026-09-11 ### **--- "Don’t take the cleaning shifts" Not only do they expect you to heat out in the heat cleaning fuel pumps, take out all trash bags, double bag them and take a three trips to the big garbage to dump, then the manager asks you to do extra stuff and you still must finish the task list or they won’t pay you, I sweat so much did so much work and I didn’t get paid because I didn’t finish the list accordingly, I’m requesting an appeal and if I don’t receive my pay for my work I will no longer recommend or use this app, there’s plenty -- Ash ash ash….., 2026-09-11 ### ***** "Other" So far my favorite app! -- Kassiemae87, 2026-09-11 ### *---- "What is wrong with you" You have a serious problem -- Tomzegray, 2026-09-11 ### *---- "Shiftsmart" App freezes a lot -- Elithedon509, 2026-09-11 ### *---- "Work" There is never any shifts available. -- Luckylady790, 2026-09-11 ### *---- "Jobs" Nothing is ever available literally nothing -- Destined94, 2026-09-11 ### ***** "Great App" Very easy to accept and work shifts, payouts are legit, work is easy. -- mye1shaa, 2026-09-11 ### *---- "Will not pay you" I have documented communication to leave a job to go to 2 more and was rejected on my first show up 30 minutes before clock in time. I fill in other people’s missed shift and they have the nerve to grade you late as a fill in. Store don’t want what the app says do and you and punished for that. -- CharisseNIGGA, 2026-09-11 ### *---- "Horrible" Absolutely no way to communicate with real ppl. Sometimes, and under some circumstances, you need to do that: communicate with another real person. -- ruthless467, 2026-09-10 ### *---- "Trash waste of time" There are never if ever any shifts available in months I have yet to see something pop up once every two weeks if that -- Can’t stand trash devs, 2026-09-10 ### ***** "Enjoy this platform" I am retired, I enjoy working when and where I want. But I found a “home store”, and have enjoyed making new friends from store manger, staff, Area manager as well as District manger’s and seeing old classmates. It’s a very easy job, I enjoy it -- Chana-Martina, 2026-09-10 [View all Shiftsmart reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Shiftsmart Store Rankings | Chart | Country | Category | Rank | |-------|---------|----------|------| | Top Free | United States | Business | #57 | ## Shiftsmart Discovered Keywords - find jobs - jobs hiring - job search - in - jobs - gigs - shift pro - workflex - work from home - side jobs ## Apps Similar to Shiftsmart - [Wonolo](https://apptail.io/app/wonolo-ofe/united-states) - [Indeed Flex - Job Search](https://apptail.io/app/indeed-flex-job-search-Ojh/united-states) - [Veryable- Find Opportunities](https://apptail.io/app/veryable-find-opportunities-jtk/united-states) - [Gigpro](https://apptail.io/app/gigpro-Jrw/united-states) - [WorkWhile](https://apptail.io/app/workwhile-huG/united-states) - [Bluecrew - Find Flexible Work](https://apptail.io/app/bluecrew-find-flexible-work-eTG/united-states) - [Qwick for Professionals](https://apptail.io/app/qwick-for-professionals-fTG/united-states) - [GigSmart Get Gigs](https://apptail.io/app/gigsmart-get-gigs-hTG/united-states) - [Traba](https://apptail.io/app/traba-gRPd/united-states) - [Upshıft - Find flexible shifts](https://apptail.io/app/upshift-find-flexible-shifts-xzvk/united-states) ## Shiftsmart Available In - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/shiftsmart-find-work-bYl/united-states) - [Canada](https://apptail.io/app/shiftsmart-find-work-bYl/canada) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
