Pro 3EM usw fehlt zum einbinden und bei der ShinePhone App geht der Smart Meter auf z.B. 100W Verbrauch aber Noah 2000 gibt 800W aus also quasi keine Regelung….

Mir gefällt das neue frische Design, welches viel Moderner aussieht. Die App ist wesentlich schneller als die alte. Es gibt noch ein paar Übersetzungs Fehler, welche die Benutzung keinerlei Einschränken. 

Ich warte schon lange auf ein Widget welche den Batterie Stand und die aktuellen Leistungsdaten anzeigt.

Hallo,
Leider geht der Wechselrichter nachts nicht mehr ins Standby sondern bleibt an und zieht den Akku leer.
Dadurch erhöhte Grundlast in der Nacht.

Overall, the app is definitely better than the original ShinePhone app and feels more user friendly. However, I noticed a few issues that currently limit usability.

First, it seems impossible to submit a user request ticket. When I enter a feature request and try to send it, the app shows an error message. Because of this, users cannot properly submit feedback or contribute to improving the app.

Another issue concerns phone numbers linked to the account. I currently have a German phone number associated with my account, but the app does not allow me to link or remove it because it is not a Chinese number. This is the message the app shows. As a result, I receive an error notification every time I open the app, suggesting that I should remove the number from the account, even though the app does not allow me to do so.

Additionally, it would be very helpful if the dashboard displayed power values in watts instead of only kilowatts. With small production values, the kilowatt display becomes very small and less intuitive to read. A watt display would make the data clearer and more precise.

This is my short and direct feedback. I hope it helps improve the app further.

I have one additional question. Is it possible to limit the inverter output in the app, for example to 800 watts?

Also - als Nachfolger zur ShinePhoneApp mit Höhen und Tiefen. Der Aufbau der App sieht auf jedenfalls wesentlich schicker aus als vorher. Nichts desto trotz sind 2 Funktionen die mir echt nen Rätsel sind warum der Vorgänger diese konnte und dies mit der neuen App raus genommen wurde. Zum einen echt schade das hier nur eine Darstellung mit KW und nicht mit Watt angezeigt wird. Warum lässt man das nicht dem Endverbraucher selbst entscheiden? Zum zweiten ist es schade das ich nicht mehr ablesen kann wie mein aktuelles Tageserzeugnis ist. Also wo ich genau sehe das ich heute zb. 5kw erzeugt habe. Warum nimmt man solche Funktionen und Informationen raus? Sehen kann ich nur noch wie viel ich aktuell in dem Augenblick produziere. 

Schade da bleibt mir nichts anderes übrig als mit der ShonephoneApp und der Cloud Funktion zu arbeiten.

An sich ist die App sehr gut besser als die ShinePhone, allerdings werden die Daten der Vergangenheit nicht angezeigt, nur tagesaktuellen. Außerdem würde ich begrüßen, wenn man von Kilowatt auf Watt umstellen könnte.

Overall, the app works in general, but there are many usability details that were clearly visible and easy to access in the Shine app and are now problematic here. For example, when a field contains two lines of text, only the first line is visible in the app, while the second line is cut off with no option to scroll. This issue occurs in several areas of the app. Urgent improvements are required, especially regarding text visibility and usability.
