Please add more options/features to view total solar generated for the day, total consumed, total sent to grid to calculate usage effectively.

Very hard to connect to wifi and user face is unusable. Do not even bother if you change internet providers

Inverter had a relay fault and needed replacing, haven’t seen import or export data since its replacement. Graphs should be easier to read ie load consumption/export to grid/ import/self consumption

Did very best to make it impossible to connect

Please bring iOS widget support. Also change the dashboard to be similar to the plant tab so you can see a live breakdown between the grid, the inverter, solar generated and solar consumption.

Hi I cannot access my shine Portal I have forgotten my password and username so cannot set up the shine device on my phone. Could someone let me know what to do please. Corinne

Since the recent upgrade when logging in I get the message “username or password cannot be empty” despite both fields being filled with username and password which used to work.

This app is so slow and glitchy. It never refreshes unless I try 5+ times or completely exit the app and open it again… and even then it doesn’t always work. Now I’ve tried reinstalling and all I get is a network timeout.

Since the last update the app never works. I can barely log in, and when I can most of the time it says my system is off line or it doesn’t show any data. It is useless now. It used to work and give good information - but now I’m flying blind. I want to know what I’m using so I can maximise my solar but now I have no idea. You need to fix this!!!!
